The check-in and checkout was smooth. The rooms were very nice and spacious and well cleaned. The food was really good from all three of the restaurants and the main cafeteria. The main problem was with the beach closed because of the seaweed which we were not made aware of in advance or upon arrival. The hotel gave no options to take guest to clean beaches where we could swim in the sea. The other issue was with the service some waiters and workers had very good service such as Ana in the restaurants, but on a couple of occasions we had poor service including one time when a waiter was insulting us in Spanish to his fellow waiter, unaware that we spoke Spanish. Plus we get tired of the “bad face” attitudes when we either do not tip or give a tip which clearly the workers all over just do not appreciate. Perhaps it’s a culture issue, as the worse we see is in Mexico, but it should not be present in the hospitality industry.

First time staying in a resort and definitely will not be the last, especially with the experience that I had at Sensira this past week! everything was absolutely immaculate. I honestly cannot find the words to praise the staff and the experience. Honestly, I do not understand any bad reviews at this place has they are completely out of line because I had the best experience. The staff was kind helpful and just fun to talk to all the restaurant were amazing and I love how the staff would recommend their favorite dishes for you to try even if you didn’t order them. They were very knowledgeable about their menus what they offered and Very knowledgeable and the attention to detail to really customize. Your experience was 10 out of 10 honestly the best. I’m not really sure if the people giving it negative review stayed at the same resort as me because I honestly I could not find a fault with anything. Everything‘s taken care of for you drinks and food at all hours a diverse menu to cater to every pallet. I can’t wait to return ❤️

Second visit to this resort. Things have been paired back. Restaurants are open shorter times, no activities at adult pool food not as good But morning exercise classes are good with Zania. She offers many classes. All good

My experience at Sensira Hotel was more enjoyable and memorable because of the staff. Angye, one of the best staff in the hotel- always with a smile on her face, making you laugh, very helpful and positive person. If you ever need anything, she is the best!!! I missed my time at Sensira the moment I left and can’t wait to go back :)

This resort is highly recommended for families. There were a lot of things to do for children including the kids club with many activities to choose from. There was a nice variety of nightly entertainment. The rooms were nice and spacious. A great value resort. Our favorite restaurant was the steakhouse. The food was excellent with great entertainment and our server Pablo C. went above and beyond in recommendations. He was very knowledgeable in what drink options paired well with our dinner. He was definitely one of the best servers we have ever had. We would recommend this resort to anyone with children.

We had an incredible experience thanks to our server, Ana. She was attentive from the moment we sat down, always checking in at the perfect time without ever feeling intrusive. She was supportive, patient, and helped us a ton with recommendations and anything else we needed. Her friendly energy made the whole meal so much more enjoyable. Ana truly went above and beyond — we’re grateful for her and would happily come back just to be served by her again!

This was our first time at Sensira Resort & Spa, and it absolutely did not disappoint. We stayed in the Ruby Suite overlooking the ocean, and watching the sunrise each morning was one of the most spectacular ways to start the day. We were assigned two butlers, Rafael and Umberto, and they made our vacation completely seamless. From booking dinner reservations, arranging room service at set times, offering great suggestions, and simply being there with true 5-star service and a daily smile — they were outstanding. There were so many friendly people throughout the resort, and I wish I could remember every name. A few standouts deserve special mention: Samuel at the adult pool worked tirelessly and was always quick with a smile and a good joke. Eduardo in the Italian restaurant provided fantastic service and recommendations (hope you get that sleeve finished!). Axel in the buffet offered great service and friendly conversation. Erick in the Premium Lounge — everyone should experience your thoughtfulness and exceptional service; you are truly a treasure to your team. Everyone we encountered was respectful, warm, and welcoming — exactly what makes guests want to return for a luxury vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🙌💯🇮🇪❤️
