Great staff! Especially night shift in the restaurant. Everyone was super friendly for the most part. Our room was cleaned every day and it was always left amazing. Beach area and some of the artistic structures need repairs, but overall loved the unique look.

A very very refreshing atmosphere when you arrive they welcome you by playing the welcome bell, the people are very attentive, the pool and the roof have a spectacular view, the last day before finishing our vacation we recommend the place

I book this resort on ******* and also paid the extra money for insurance went to the hotel resort. The power was out they had bedbugs. The all inclusive was not all inclusive and I asked for my money back from the resort and ******* because I have the insurance that was supposed to cover me a full refund. I went back-and-forth with ******* trying to get my refund back from the resort and no progress. I would not recommend anybody go there. You can’t get to the beach because it was covered with grass and algae. ******* kept explaining that they were contacting the resort and no one would answer. It was the worst experience of my life and a total waste of money that I was not able to get back then on top of that I had to spend an extra $1800 to find a different resort and I couldn’t get back any of my money from the resort or *******. I couldn’t get back any money from my airfare because it was canceled and delayed, so I lost a lot of money dealing with this resort and I do not recommend anybody to ever go to that resort. They didn’t have any food or Wi-Fi and it was supposed to be all inclusive. It was nothing to do on the resort but get in the pool that is not what I paid for and I deserve a full refund.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, it’s was not appealing at all, cockroach inside our room, broken chairs at the swim pool, there was no beach area at all which they said on their website. Broken walkways, wood floors are broken I almost fell down because it was not secure at all.

The resort itself was very pretty & peaceful overall the tarp in our backyard view kind of stole a lot of the beauty though however the smell was not , and the WiFi barely worked the entire time even for in room purchases. The tv did not work at all nor connect to the WiFi . Staff was amazing overall very helpful & friendly .
