The food in the independent restaurant is good, but the cafeteria is average. There are many activities and the service is very good. But the beach is average, the red tide is serious, and there is no Caribbean blue.

It’s a nice resort. Away from everything. I would recommend for families with small children if they like to stay at the resort only. I would not recommend for couples or young adults that like to party a little or go out as this resort is far from Cancun and Playa del Carmen. I was upgraded to preferred without asking, not sure if was due to being a gold member with *******, but it was really nice to have breakfast a la carte by the beach and loved the free hydro message. Lots of weddings going on as well. I thought the pool was a little boring. Plenty of good food options. The better liquor is at the preferred bar lounge or bar on the beach.

This location was very close to the airport, had very friendly staff, food was OK but expected. The grounds were kept very clean, and the beach as well.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, the facility is clean and grounds were taken care of. Only downfalls are the travel distance to excursions- taxi fees were very high, and the beach had seaweed but ocean was swimmable. Many weddings all week made for less accessibility to restaurants and were very loud- 3 weddings at a time competing one another.

The staff was very friendly , helpful and made us feel welcomed. Restaurant and food options were very good. Something a bit negative was the fairly large number of young children there during our stay.They were quite noisy and disturbing in the pool areas and most restaurants. They should have more separate children areas and actually enforce them

Great property. We loved everything . Staff is not nice .
We were lied to. One of the staff members told us to rent a bed by the pool was $25 . We signed our name and it clearly said $25. They added a 0 and made it to 250$ after we signed and at check out we were charged that amount even though we tried to explain to them of what happened

The food was horrible with very limited choices. Pools are dated and tiles breaking off. Not all restaurants are open every night making your options limited and even if you get into one of them the food is just bad.
