"Stayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return."
"Very clean hotel . Room cleaned and fresh towels daily . Staff pleasant and breakfast good . The only negative was the air con was either not strong enough or not working properly ( this was what people said it was )"
"Woww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view.
The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth.
I am 100% recommended this hotel"
"Clean tidy but a bit out of the way quite a little walk to the old town not much 1 local shop quake close a few restaurants but it is a walk away from the old town personally myself I would not come back to this hotel to the location but at the moment you are a sea view from you room however building works are commencing at back of hotel but noise not too much if you are a walking problem I will not recommend this hotel to you if you fit I like walking hotel is ideal for you activities are arranged at full-side every day"
"We stay at this hotel for the second time. Rest with 2 children. There is a closed pool that works all year round and open pools that work in the swimming season. We were at the end of April, the children's open pool has already worked. The water is heated in it, so the kids were comfortable. The open pool for adults worked too, but the water is not heated in it, so nobody was swimming.
In the evenings children's discotheque, the day too there are children's programs.
The food is diverse, everything was enough.
We had a 4-story local room: two beds and one 2-sleep bed sofa. The couch is not very comfortable for sleep. No other claims."

CCathal GallagherNeed to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms.
That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.
GGuest UserLet me tell you that you are the service of TRIP.COM. You have charged me the fee for closing the hotel reservation. I have received the confirmation from TRIP.COM via email, reservation number, room, etc. Of course, you also charge me I got there for work reasons. I was surprised that the hotel was closed during the pandemic. It’s not a coincidence. No, you seem to be unprofessional. I sent you an email condemning it. On this matter, you know what you told me is that there are a lot of emails in the queue. If you provide deceptive services and deceive me, I plan to condemn people who you don’t enter as soon as possible. This won’t surprise me. , Because this situation is not developing well, so I plan to publish it on all networks as soon as possible, and even plan to do so for a group of people who have the same experience as me.
In the photo, you can see my confirmation.
Since the hotel has no problem, I gave the highest score. On the contrary, I have been chatting with them, very friendly.
GGuest UserRooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.
AAlexius808Review of B and B Suits
I stayed at B and B Suits, a simple hotel located not far from the beach, which is a definite plus. The room was clean and had a nice balcony, adding a bit of charm to the stay.
However, there were some drawbacks. The room lacked a fridge, a built-in hairdryer, and a kettle, which would have been convenient. The breakfast was quite basic, consisting only of coffee and some pastries, so don’t expect much variety there.
Overall, it’s a modest hotel, perfectly fine for a short stay or just a place to crash for the night. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
GGuest UserStayed 4 nights on my own. Got a very good deal on Trip.com. Friendly checkin. They let me in 2 hours earlier as I arrived early. Then I could even check out 2 hrs later as my flight is later in evening. The location is very central. You can walk everywhere. The rooms are good size and you have a tv. It's nice having the space as you spend a bit more time indoors in February. The weather was not great but still great fun for going out in nearby places.
DDee BroadleyGreat staff very helpful and prices were good. Hotel overall was OK clean and quirky. Beds comfortable and large walkin shower you got a kettle in the room but no cups coffee ect. But location not very good for us. It was in the middle of the residencal bit of town. Parking was a nightmare as everywhere is residential only if you do manage to find a blue parking space you have to top up ever few hours. We ended up parking in a car park at an Extra cost of €22 hotel pool is across the road.
SSweepyMade a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process.
The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling.
Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!
SSusy CollWe had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.
GGuest UserThe apartments are very good, regular cleaning.
Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea.
You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation.
If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good.
The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.
