В отеле отлично все, включая дорогу на пляж, при чем для меня самый лучший в Бенидорме. До пляжа 2 минуты. Чисто, утно, современно, гель для душа, шампунь и гель для рук - Dove, не из одной банки) Простой хороший завтрак, возможность принять душ после выезда, даже дают полотенце. Номер небольшой, но этого достаточно для пребывания на море. Единственный минус - очень долго и плохо уходила вода в слив в душевой кабине. За это оценка 4 за удобства. И второй момент, скорее Trip.com. Указано, что вид на море, но его, при всем желании, не было. И сотрудник мне сказал, что у них и нет одиночных номеров с видом на воду, только большие номера. Прошу Trip.com исправить у себя в описании, это не правда, вид на улицу на соседний дом. Он нормальный, просто надо писать как есть и может для кого-то это важно.

We stayed for 2 nights last weekend 3rd of August the hotel is lovely located in the Old Town close to all amenities The staff were very helpful and kind, polite and extremely professional Our room was lovely quite large with a great shower it had a fridge and a safe included it was very clean comfortable and modern We were extremely satisfied and thought it was very good value for money We will definitely stay there again and we would thoroughly recommend it

We stayed for the night of the Spain v England Euro final. Very late booking and a great price as much of BENIDORM booked out, Room fine, quiet, clean and appointed BUT if the owner knows he’s going to be fortunately fully booked then spend a couple of euros on extra cleaners so rooms are ready at four (as advertised). Was a debacle but can’t blame the one hard-working cleaner, well done!

My husband stayed here for my sons stag do. Lovely friendly staff, clean and ideal location. Only down side was the bathroom privacy but I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for the price, worth every penny. Bed and bathroom really clean and supplied with toiletries. Mini fridge was ideal for a few beers whilst getting ready.

Upon the recommendation of a colleague, I stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The hotel's cleanliness, modern decor, and convenient location were all standout features. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcomed. The room was well-maintained, contemporary, and equipped with the latest amenities. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would consider returning in the future.

This hotel conned us. We paid extra for a sea view as it was for a special anniversary. But when we got there we were put in room with back street view of someone's laundry. They would not refund us for the extra paid for a sea view! Disappointed to say the least.
