Staff very unhelpful at the front desk. Asked if they could book a taxi. The man behind the desk just looked at me and said I can give you a number. It would have taken the guy 2 secs to hone a taxi for us. Because I do not speak Spanish or was then very difficult to book one. Not courteous at all.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We had to go due to a medical issue and we paid all the services and we didn’t make use of any. We wanted to get a part of our money returned, they were late in contacting us. Furthermore, they didn’t find a solution to our problem. They are not serius and neither professional.

I have to say the hotel itself is good it's just the staff and the food the staff or just horrible people every morning I come down and say hello and they just looked through me it was a terrible experience would never stay there again even if he gave me the hotel for nothing

Absolutely appalling attitude from the Hotel Manager who refused to allow us to sit on seats outside (our Jet2.com pick up point) with our cases nor use the toilet facilities. We had young children with us. Terrible customer service, unfriendly and gaudy looking building.

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES.

Me and my friend were sent to wait outside the golden hotel by our hotel to wait for transfer to airport. It was early morning, no-one was sat outside. We sat at one of the tables outside when an extremely rude waiter came out and told us we couldn't sit there , we tried to explain that we had been sent there but he said we can't sit there unless we bought a coffee !! Horrible man

Hola, en este mensaje quiero dejar claro mi disconformidad con el trato recibido en el hotel hoy lunes 10 de marzo a las 20:50 por parte de una señora (me gustaría saber que cargo tiene), que se me ha acercado a la barra y me ha dicho que me busque un bar ya que el hotel es para clientes. Quisiera saber si este hotel es solo para clientes porque no veo ningún cartel indicativo. Espero su respuesta.

Para empezar, he tenido que pedir papel higiénico. La televisión oscura,no hay manera de poner más clara . Las lamparitas de la habitación de desguace. El wi-fi, ni se asoma. Y la recepción, parece que le molesta que le digas lo que no está bien. Eso el primer día . Ya veremos como sigue la cosa. De todas formas, al imserso, no nos acogen bien.es como si nos lo regalan. Seguiremos viendo.
