The hotel is well placed for the Benidorm palace and the beach. The hotel has good facilities . There is a good choice for breakfast. There was entertainment in the evening. Although it is only about 100m form the road it is very quiet.

Very pleasant man on the reception when we checked in. Hotel had parking and was clean and perfect for our 1 night stay. I had the unfortunate mishap of being robbed on my way back to the hotel and the night staff were very helpful. They called the police for me and helped find telephone numbers to cancel my bank cards. Will definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Benidorm.

I liked hotel allinclusive was good .no snacks as it's out of season breakfast very good evening meal hit and miss but always something to eat reception staff very friendly and all other staff were fine.defo would come back.decent location

Visited in late September, on arrival hotel was very clean, receptionist efficient. Room very clean, no issues. Food no issues, staff polite and courteous. Entertainment- expectable. Would we return- Yes Need to stop the sun bed brigade putting towels out at 7 am.

We visited this hotel for a 4 night stay end of October for my 60th birthday. Hotel spotless and food excellent. No issues with the room, only thing I would say, you have to pay for further supplies of tea and coffee for the room, even if all inclusive. Loved the shack bar at the pool and chips were delicious. Overall, a great stay for 4 nights and would recommend
