A good stay overall , top loaction ,good hot water. Unfortunately no coffee or water this time , pleased with the choice however . Breakfast was reasonable.

Stayed 4 nights on my own. Got a very good deal on Trip.com. Friendly checkin. They let me in 2 hours earlier as I arrived early. Then I could even check out 2 hrs later as my flight is later in evening. The location is very central. You can walk everywhere. The rooms are good size and you have a tv. It's nice having the space as you spend a bit more time indoors in February. The weather was not great but still great fun for going out in nearby places.

I would hiley recommend the Tribol apartment in benidorm clean, big and very central to everything staff were very helpful and welcoming pool erea great plenty of sunbeds and snack bar also, only thing I would have liked was a extra long mirror in the bedroom otherwise great place to stay

Lovely place very central great fir night life and close to shops and beach, clean pool and area reception lads very helpful, printing boarding pass etc can't fault,place clean and well kept 100% for party side woukd stay again good value fir money

First impression on arrival was very good - nice bar and pool area and friendly reception staff but all of our rooms weren’t ready until after 5pm. The room itself was ok without being exceptional. It was reasonably clean but not pristine. The negatives are the noise at night from the ***** which of course they have no control over, only one toilet roll, we had to buy more, there was no change of towels or midweek clean for a 7 night stay, and a lack of mirrors. My biggest gripe was that we had to empty the bins at check out and put the rubbish in the large bins in the street - apparently emptying bins is not the cleaners job - that’s a first for me. Overall decent apartments in a good location (noise is accepted)

Disappointed in this place, was a last minute getaway and we couldn’t get our usual apartments maryciel which we have visited many times. This place was right by the ***** so so noisy music was blaring till 6.30am and we were on the 11th floor! Reception and the pool are lovely but busy which you would expect in August. Apartment was tired, shower/bathroom was dirty with hairs and mouldy silicone and no door so the water went everywhere. Air con was not cold but we did have 41 degrees so probably on overtime. Just not as nice or well kept like maryciel. Marie on reception was lovely and so helpful. Won’t be returning purely because of the location but that’s fine for most people just not us 🤣

We have stayed here a few times and it is great, the location is perfect for us, although extremely noisy if you’re a light sleeper, but it's right in the middle of everything we need and easy to get to all locations. The whole complex is spotlessly clean and run well, the air-conditioning is amazing and it has all the facilities required from washing machine, Ironing board and Iron, hair dryer, a large fridge, clothes drying horse, good Wi-Fi, and a very spacious balcony. And the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The storage facilities need to be looked into as the bathroom consisted of a toilet and window on one wall, a door on the other, a sink on the other, and shower on the other. Not one single shelf, nowhere to put anything! There was a little room on the sink for our tooth brushes but other than that our wash-up bags had to be opened on the floor and everything we needed like shower gel, aftershave, razor, hair products, deodorant, cloths, wipes, etc., literally had to be all spread out on the floor! It was a struggle for me, but unbelievable for a woman, who if they are like mine, has to bring 45 different powders, colors, lipsticks and brushes, and it couldn’t be done in the bedroom because there wasn’t a single mirror in the apartment, apart from the small square one above the sink, at least please put a shelf under that mirror, and maybe one above the toilet, and something in the shower would be helpful so people don’t have to keep bending down to the end of the shower to pick up soap and shampoo! The sitting room/kitchen was actually the same, not a single shelf or overhead cupboard to put anything. There was no point in us doing a shop and cooking for ourselves or buying food because there was literally nowhere to store bread, Tea, serial, biscuits, coffee, rice, pasta, tin products, basically anything that doesn’t go in a fridge had nowhere to be kept, so again a small cupboard or a shelf here and there would be great. Other than the storage issues it is still a fantastic location and comfortable and we still would stay again

Have been coming to Benidorm for many years now and have stayed in these apartments numerous times. The quality has never been amazing but it’s never bothered me as I am really not a fussy person. So long as there is a bed, shower and toilet that’s all I ask for however the standards here have seriously slipped. Check in is from 4pm and there is a €200 damage deposit payable by card (no issues getting it back however, I checked out this morning and already had the money back in my account). The apartments are VERY dated. Nothing like the ones shown on the photos on holiday websites. Everything is brown and old inside, grubby walls and shabby furniture, bathroom tiles falling apart, curtains ripped and sofa bed has holes/cig burns. Aircon is located in the kitchen so you can’t feel it anywhere in the apartment besides here. We stayed in ** and the room was full of ants - bathroom sink, bidet, kitchen sides, kitchen sink, dining table, even on the pull out bed at one point. We spent minimal time in the room thankfully however was grateful to see the back of the place after three nights, if we was there for any longer I think we would have checked into somewhere else. Balcony full of bird faeces. After this visit I have told myself I will not be returning here. I wouldn’t even call it a budget hotel these days as I think the prices have crept up! €200 deposit is sleep. Nothing in the room is worth that amount. Will not be returning here again, would rather spend a little bit more and stay elsewhere. It’s a shame as the location is ideal, but I have to give my honest opinion.
