Good size apartments with everything you need for your stay while self catering. The hotel had regular shuttle runs to avoid the 10 min walk up or down the hill. There is a super market within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. If you want to try uncle Ron’s bar which sells good food and €1 for a beer or a glass of wine (best wine in Benidorm) it is about a five minute walk away from the apartments. I would definitely book this apartment again a really good price and good standard apartment.

I was unable to go to the establishment because I broke down on the road. I sent a message and an email to the establishment, which didn't even respond. I was disappointed, even though I've already stayed there several times, they don't even respect their customers.

The apartments are very good, regular cleaning. Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea. You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation. If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good. The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.

La experiencia fue muy buena, las habitaciones muy acogedoras, aire acondicionado muy bueno. Volvería a repetir sin duda alguna. Los recepcionista fueron muy amables. Nota muy Importante, pagar fianza en efectivo ya que de pagarlo con tarjeta tardan 7 días en devolverte el dinero.

Je réserve souvent cet hôtel j’aime l’emplacement et là vu cette fois ci je n’ai pas eu de chambre avec vu c’est dommage par contre problème au Check out j’avoue que j’ai eu un léger retard et l’hôtel a voulu me facturer 20€ pour cela je pense que. N’est excessif mais au final tout est rentré dans l’ordre

Absolutely awful experience for the start! First my requests werent even answered or acknowledged and secondly I checked out the next morning after what should have been a four night stay! I felt so unsafe there! Someone was trying to get in my room! The noise was horrific and very rowdy. Not suitable for solo traveller. Would definitely not recommend

Nice hotel but far away Not suitable for everyone. It’s very hard to get to but the hotel and apartments are nice. The deposit is abit steep but atleast we will get it back. I think they should allow more time on the rooms it’s a 5pm check in and 10am check out that’s the worst we’ve ever had and we travel a lot
