Everything was fine, except the cleaning girls, at 11 they were already ringing the room bell, we had until 12 to leave the hotel. Otherwise good for a 3 star

Habana Hotel is situated back from the beach near the old town & harbour on the Poniente side of town. The hotel is a typical3* spanish hotel. It is 11 stories high with all rooms south facing. The higher floors have a view of the sea over other buildings. The room was in good condition but the furniture was in a dark wood style which was a bit dated. There was a bath with plenty of hot water. The bed was a memory foam type which was comfortable. The meals had reasonable choice with bottle of wine & water included. The hotel is very average but where it does score is value for money. It is often one of the cheapest hotels offering full & half board. I booked direct on the hotels Web site as this was the cheapest.

Biggest gripe food and the pool Pool. So one of the reasons this was booked was the pool looked nice sadly the pool was empty as it's got a leak The room. was very dated but nice the air conditioning was amazing as I was here to run the benidorm half marathon Food and drink. Drinks didn't taste that good to be honest the drinks in the food hall it was wine or water nothing else on offer at all and if you did open the wine you couldn't take the bottle away even if one glass out of the bottle Entertainment. Well apart from the old biddy hour at about 8/9pm there wasn't any Staff. Reception girls was ok and one of the guys on the bar the rest where very rude and didn't want to make you feel welcome at all but like most the guests very rude pushing in and don't know how to line up for meals This is 100% an older generation I'm in my 40s and was the youngest at the hotel by a long way

Just left this hotel excellent stay definitely recommended. Nice chilled holiday hetel room was clean and tidy. Excellent air-conditioning kept the room call room expected for a 3 star hotel maids in every day. Food good all Spanish food and pool excellent definitely say there again. Just outside of the old town easy to walk into town and beach and regular bus service outside to get every where. Definitely recommend

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite and helpful .It is a little dated in places but it didn't affect my comfortable stay .The food was ok and typical of mass produced hotel food .The biggest issue is it's location up some steep steps and if you have mobility issues this isn't the place for you .The steps are also a little unpleasant and are not particularly welcoming when approaching the hotel .

This place is fantastic nice and peaceful the transfer dose drop you off at the shops but all you have to do is go next to it and walk up some steps to get to the hotel the staff are fantastic and pleasant will use again and I am only 35 years old 5 stars
