Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

I must agree with a previous reviewer it's the worst hotel I have stayed in the food was awful not much meat didn't see a slice of ham all week fried eggs and macdonalds chips one lunch time the ice cream machine was broke the disabled lift was broken the bar had nothing to drink no carling on draught no bottles no sangria no cream for cofee no cups in the room for a drink it's back to the Calypso for us

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and polite and room service was great. WiFi was a complete waste of time for the entire week, was either down or searching continuously, not good if you rely on this. Rooms clean, but a little snug. Shower nice and powerful but water temperature could be up and down. All guests offered a New Years Eve gala meal free of charge, irrespective of what board, nice touch. Pool area clean and tidy and plenty of comfortable seating around the Hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and plenty of choice.

Well what can I say, we stayed with 3 other couples from 24th till 27th December, Christmas day gala dinner more than exceeded our expectations, our best Christmas in Spain since we moved over here 2016 ( we live a 90 min drive down the coast Staff are all lovely. Would like to have had water included with meals. People have put that the rooms are small, we found them to be plenty big enough, lots of storage space. A light over the mirror would be nice. We will all be back this year. Thank you.

The 2nd time we have been to the Venus in a year, we where here in May and returned for New Year and we don't often return to same hotels, but we just felt we had too after having a good holiday in May. The staff are so friendly and helpful in the restaurants and bar that they make this hotel a must to stay in Benidorm. The Gala dinner for New Year was so good, thank you to everybody involved, we will definitely be back again sometime.

Hotel staff were great. Rooms very dated but clean and tidy. Maid was good. Bathroom has a frosted glass door that doesn't lock and has a large gap top and bottom so not very nice even if your with a partner. Food was awful. So bland and tasteless. Worst food I've had in a benidorm hotel in a long while. Pool area was ok but needs some tlc as there's a lot of broken tiles which in the summer months could potentially cut feet. We only went for 5 days and as a package deal it was OK but I don't think I would stay here again unless they sorted out those few issues. I've stayed at other servigroup hotel and the rooms were still dated but food was a lot more edible.
