Je m’attendais à mieux pour un 4 étoiles .
Chambre étroite pour nous et notre ado.
Pension complète avec une restauration digne de cantine . Avec le bruit de tous ces retraités qui parlent très fort pendant les repas .
Service du Personnel parfait propreté parfait

The hotel is always beautifully air conditioned and smelled fresh. It is clean and modern and the staff very helpful. It is ideally located for exploring both the old town and the beach front and promenade. It is a short distance away from the bus station in Benidorm when travelling from Alicante airport. Although our room was lovely, the only major flaw was that it had an adjoining door to the next room which had no soundproofing. This was the only room on the floor that had this feature which is great for larger families wanting ease of access to sharing rooms and space but not when sharing with strangers. The family next door had a young child and we could hear everything from screaming and crying to loud shouting and singing. Despite this, the hotel did offer to re-room us but given our stay was short we didn't take them up on this. It was appreciated that they would try to accommodate us in another like for like room in the circumstances.
