Worst hotel I've ever seen, makes Fawlty towers look like a 7 star hotel. Got stung by the deposit truck of broken Bed, recurring theme here in the reviews. Take note the price of your room will actually be 80 euros more than price quoted as you have to pay for these imaginary broken beds. Reception beyond clueless, food absolutely the worst thing I've ever seen, no sun all day round the pool, if you happen to venture into either the indoor or outdoor pool id suggest getting a vaccination immediately after. Rooms fantastic if you like beds made of concrete and dull dirty and noisy. Walls must be made of tracing paper as you could hear a mouse fart in the corridor The lifts should be enough to close this hotel down, door sensors so not work so they will close on you unless you turn into Tom Cruise from mission impossible to leap through them as soon as they open, otherwise they will close on you and lift will go. Hand stuck in lift.

What an absolute load of rubbish and waste of money if I could have given a minus score I would have!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS EVENT! It was over priced for a load of rubbish! It’s at a hotel that is in shade for the majority of the day. The dj left the music on around the pool he wasn’t even there. There were no games nothing going on around the pool! The foam side of things are inside with a couple of inflatables thrown into the pool, comes at a cost if you burst one!!! The foam canon was shot once and if you blinked you missed it!! The food was a pathetic show, meat tough, snacks shocking 😳 apart from the ice cream which was passable!! There is nowhere to sit unless you get there early as the residents are sat around the pool!! €25 each to use the VIP seating areas that mostly were unused. The event is overpriced for what it is - our party of 10 left early because what was promised and advertised certainly is not what you get - keep your money in your pocket!!!

SCAM !!!! Funny that the review above for the same day and same problem .. Stayed here for a hen and checked out today . Each person has to pay 50 euro pp deposit on arrival, which you are apparently to get back . We were informed that we would be charged 80 euro for an apparent “broken bed” which seems to be the ongoing problem of other reviews. Our beds were not broken we were room 99

What a hotel!!!!!! May look like a prison but certainly isn’t.. Jonny times cocktails up there with best I’ve tasted.. the swamp party was very good which the hotel hosted very well Food was ok, taste even better after a few beers can’t complain, plenty to choose from… The hotel supplied my friend with some Velcro as his crocs kept falling off.. it was that good he didn’t take them off all trip.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY SCAM YOU. Husband is just back from a stag him and another guy in his 50s shared a room who doesn't even drink. They didn't get their £200 deposit back they said there was a scratch on the tv. The tv wasn't even turned on and "this scratch" only seemed to show when the tv was on. ROOM 112 11th floor. Take pictures of everything as this is clearly a scam they are doing taking peoples hard earned money. I will be taking this further. The hotel is an absolute dive.

Good for hens and stags, clean, good staff (raffa &Johnny) pools were cold but weather wasn't great so carnt be helped. Beds were comfortable Food was not good but what Spanish all inclusive s are? Not far from beach or main *****. All in all a pleasant stay

So we arrived at the hotel around 9pm due to our plane being delayed. We got offered no food or drinks at arrival after a long day of travelling and not expecting to get here so late! On arrival we were then told we had to leave a €50 euro deposit per person. Which that was not stated on no booking confirmation, lucky it was 4 of us staying so it wasn’t a big chunck of money out of our pocket before our holiday even started. Day one went down to the restaurant for breakfast, couldn’t even chew the sausages have no idea where they came from absolutely foul??? Anyway after that disaster we wanted to go have a sun bathe and enjoy a cocktail by the pool but there was no sun to be seen what so ever in this resort. Let’s just say this is the worst stay I have ever had in my 20 years of going on holidays. To finish it all of our flights are late going home and check out was 11am and we have not been offered no drinks no food nothing (not as if we would eat here anyway) we have been told to go out and buy our own food and drinks! This is absolute shambles would not recommend to anyone!

We came away for 4 nights for my sisters hen do. I saw a few reviews before we arrived and was worried about the hotel but needn’t had worried. The hotel was amazing! Clean rooms, lovely staff (Rafa, Jonny and Laura especially) the pool parties were fun and the general vibe in the hotel was great. The food wasn’t the best but the drinks made up for it.

Spent 4 nights at the hotel with approx 20 friends. The hotel was good value for money and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The best part was that the all inclusive wrist bands also opened the room door, no need to dish keys/cards out to your group; great when you all get back at different times. The rooms are basic but catered for our group well. Restaurant area is decent and there was always something OK to eat. Short walk down the hill and you are on the beach front, not too far from the main bars area either. Overall, the hotel was just what our stag party needed as a base to head out.
