BC Music Resort

Right, listen up! Forget those dodgy reviews. The BC Music Resort in Benidorm absolutely knocked our socks off. We arrived apprehensive but honestly, this place exceeded every expectation. The staff? Seriously outstanding. They were genuinely eager to help with anything and everything. Always smiling, the place was spotless, and they were up for a good bit of banter. Top marks to the whole team! Our eight-person bunk room was basic but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Just a tiny suggestion for the hotel – maybe some bed guards on those top bunks, and can be a challenge to climb after a bevvy. The all-inclusive was brilliant. You could pretty much order whatever you fancied, which was a definite win. The pool area was a proper vibe – great music, flowing drinks, and picture-perfect for those holiday snaps. (would love if we could request songs of our choice) Plus, the rooftop bar offered a quieter space to chill, but was also perfect for a good laugh. The food was exactly what you'd expect, and there was always a decent selection to choose from at each meal. No complaints there at all. So, a massive thank you to all the incredible staff at the BC Music Resort. Your hospitality was truly top-notch, and you made our holiday fantastic. Honestly, it was the best place ever, and we can't wait to come back! Thanks for everything!

Tried to scam us for room deposit €80 for broken bed that didn't exist. If you didn't break it don't pay for it . This was after they originally said we had chipped something ,but we had photos of whole room slight damage Absolute joke . I insisted they took us back to our room .they couldn't even confirm which bed it was! Same photo as someone on next floor up as well ( they payed €160 for 2 beds ! Mental Complete money racked Same they felt the need to try rob us because the hotel was great .

Hen party of 9 of different ages, we all had a great time. The staff were lovely and very helpful, one of our group hurt their ankle and the staff couldn't have done more to help her. The rooms were lovely and clean with fresh bed linen, the bed was comfortable, the bedrooms were cleaned every day, the food was what you would expect for 3*** star hotel. A big thank you to the chef who was great and cooked me beautiful eggs with the runny yoke when I requested them. There is a lovely chill out area on the rooftop if you want to get away from the noise of the pool. This is a party hotel so it can be noisy. we were on the 10th floor, which wasn't too bad. If you are lower down, I recommend some ear plugs to help with getting to sleep. If you want somewhere for a Hen party, then this place is ideal.

Hello Bit of a strange review here.. we are planning on coming to you in July this year (2025). We are a party of 17 of us and unfortunately the mother in law of the bride has been diagnosed with cancer and is unable to attend.. We have booked through On The Beach as we have another person able to go in her place but they are saying to us that the hotel policy is that they don't do name changes. Could you confirm BC Music Resort if this is correct or not as we are have a whole person paid up, there is no difference in changing rooms etc as we have availability in all our rooms, we can change the flight no problem it is literally just changing the name of a person in a room. Please please please could you get back to me as I have tried calling and emailing you also to obtain an answer but to no avail.. we are so looking forward to coming along and experiencing this wonderful hotel but this is giving us a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. Don't be put off by the reviews. I went for an hen party in April and the hotel is a bit dated but it was clean and the maids came everyday to clean even though it says that it's only every 2 days. We had a party room which didn't have a balcony which was the only let down but it was big enough for the 5 of us. The food is basic but there is something for everyone. The drinks on the all inclusive were fine but it's only one drink per person and you have to take the cup back. I would advise to pay the deposit with CASH as people have complained about not getting the deposit back via card. Just tell them you don't have a card. They were fine with us. It is noisy but take earplugs for a night time. I would go back as it was basic and decent for what you need. Staff were also very helpful and nice. Literally had no issues when we were there.

Came 26th April with my 3 sisters didn't know what to expect with reading previous reviews. The staff firstly were all amazing very friendly no rudeness at all , the food not the best but standard for all inclusive in 3* hotel breakfast probably best meal , rooms spacious and clean although wasn't aware there's no balconies with most rooms which was a shame , rooftop terrace was amazing main pool on a normal day was ok although constant booming music could be better choice but just preference,be prepared for the cardiac hill to get back to the hotel overall I wouldn't personally come to this hotel again but if your after cheap,cheerful,busy and loud then it's the place for you .
