Made welcome at check in this is are second time here had room on 15th floor like the last time beautiful view lovely rooms cleaned to perfection every day plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meals would highly recommend this hotel all the staff are friendly and helpful and polite big thanks to you all for a wonderful stay we will be back

Don Pancho is a wonderful hotel, fantastic food beautiful rooms the best staff ever and in avert prime position. All rooms have a sea view .The pool area is really nice and you can always get a bed.Plenty of entertainment at night. Cheap drinks at the bar

First time staying at your hotel and it did not disappoint.All members of staff were brilliant from the cleaners restaurant staff and Jose the pool attendant 10 out of 10.Food was great plenty of choice although they are not fans of mash potatoes Evening entertainment was also great with various acts.We would definitely return and have recommended it to family and friends.

EXCELLENT... Absolutely spotless rooms get cleaned everyday, new towels. Staff are all so friendly and helpful can't do enough for you. Pool area kept immaculate. So much choice for breakfast. Bar area and entertainment on night great. Fantastic location central to everything. 2 min walk to beach. We stayed on 3rd floor still had lovely pool view and small sea view. Get free towels for around pool which you can change every 2 days. Plenty of sun beds pool area gets sun all day. Pool bit cold but once in it fantastic. Best hotel we stayed in. Already booked for next September.

We stayed here last week everything was just perfect from check in to check out. Food was nice and refreshment reasonably priced as well. Sergio was such a gem nothing to much trouble for him. We tried to learn him a wee bit Scottish though he tried didn’t quite master it. We enjoyed the entertainment at night in hotel as we don’t tend to go out at night. Overall it was such a pleasant stay.

Another great stay at the Don Pancho hotel. We were half board this time and whether we had lunch or evening meals, there was plenty of choice and the food was always piping hot. We always managed to find a bed by the pool, which as always was managed beautifully by all the staff. Rooms were clean and tidy and location is perfect for us. This was our third time here and it never disappoints.

Excellent stay at the Don Pancho. Staff were very friendly at check in and explained everything very well. The reception area is stunning and very welcoming. We had a room on the 5th floor, lovely room, very comfy beds, great shower. Room was cleaned every day. We stayed half board, food was excellent plenty of choice. Snack bar drinks and food reasonably priced. Pool area kept very clean and never a problem getting a sunbed, free towels that can be changed every 2 days. We would recomend this hotel and hope to be back again next year

Stayed here from 22nd July to 3rd August for my 60th birthday, loverly hotel and great staff definitely staying here again next year, going to rebook next Saturday 5☆ Great bar service and pool area for food and drinks Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day Food in restaurant was superb

From arriving to going home all the colleagues/staff brilliant couldn’t fault anyone very friendly and helpful! The hotel very clean and up to date with all amenities! Pool very good no reservations on sun beds someone always looking out and removing towels and colleagues/staff will find you a subbed! Food and entertainment good! Everyone has sea views and pool views and you are close to main ***** half way to old town overall can not fault anything I would highly recommend this hotel
