Happy with the room and room cleaning but i am very disappointed with some reception staff and how dismissive staff were when i reported me and my partner getting food poisoning twice from the hotel food! We booked half board in hope to save money. We had dinner once and the burger was red inside (undercooked) and bread was stale, luke warm beans. We ate half the burger before we realised it was raw inside, we then later were throwing up that night and had very upset stomachs. We gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a one off so we had breakfast 1 or 2 days later. Upon breakfast i cut open the sausage and it was again pink inside. I left the sausage and ate an egg, chips, beans and toast, as did my partner. We had a day at the water park and before we even got in we again had bad upset stomach from the breakfast. I went to reception staff the next day (03.09.24) to report we had food poisoning twice and the staff at reception were dismissive of the situation and said “nobody else has reported this” but if you read other reviews you can see complaints about the food. I just said i was making them aware as the chef may need more training and to help others not have the same issue. The lady was rude and said “ i understood the 1st time”We received no apology for this and was told we should have reported this on the day ( we was out all day and reported it to the night staff that day, the gentleman was lovely but said it needed to be reported to day staff) which is what we did on 03.09.24 and thats when we received the rude dismissive comments. I now have 3 nights left here and feel i cannot report any issues without rude and dismissive comments. Really let the hotel down.

Pleased to have found this lovely hotel, conveniently located for beach and more in Benidorm. Appeared to be the only UK guests during our four night stay. Quite enjoyed the authentic Spanish environment. Not least the homely evening entertainment. Meals were excellent and varied. Most definitely the dinner selection. Elected for the all inclusive option. Apart from when on day trip; were happy to return for lunch. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Couple of room snags encountered. Both dealt with efficiently. Thank You very much.

We were really happy on arrival , a great entrance way and some incredible art in the lobby . Reception staff seemed a bit grumpy but we soon had our room card and on our way up the very very slow lift . Room was nice and clean but a little small . The bathroom was lovely but lots of holes on the shower head were blocked so some descaler needed . We had an issue with the Aircon and the same grumpy lady on reception didn't believe us and told us to give it time . Reported back to her later and she begrudgingly said an engineer will visit the following morning . No fan or any other help offered . That first night was unbearably hot and we were unable to sleep . Next day engineers visited and the whole unit was needing replacing but was done in a good timely manor so we were thankful for that . Balcony's are overlooked which is fine but more could be done to create privacy with neighbouring balcony's . We stayed BnB and Breakfast was good without being special The pool area although small is lovely and gets the sun all day tho we only used it once as we went to the beach. In general a lovely hotel for a short stay , we wouldn't want to stay here any longer than our 5 days

Very welcoming staff. Was able to check in early as room was ready. After booking I emailed the hotel requesting a low floor room and a kettle, got a quick response saying ok and got exactly what I asked for Very clean everywhere, room was nice and comfortable overlooking the pool. 2 pools, the smaller one is heated so that was a bonus. Restaurant was ok, although very busy at breakfast times. Food was plenty and lots of choice. Only done B&B but paid to have dinner 15 euros each. If I was to return I would defintely book half board as it would work out lot cheaper Ideal location for both old and new town plus a 5 minute walk to beach. My only moan would be that the hotel is defintely for the Spanish, not great entertainment for us English, although there were hardly any English staying here, lots of noisy old Spanish people instead. Don’t let that put you off. Lovely hotel and will defintely be returning

Great hotel, staff were friendly, great location, very clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was pretty good! If we had any niggles it could be that we couldn't lock our balcony door or the mens toilets in reception. The bar,staff wouldn't let us have a glass for room drinks only plastics and no kettle in the room! For a few nights,away its,perfect and the location for both old and new town is great!

This hotel is lovely. The Reception Team are great and very welcoming. Was a bit worried about previous reviews but no need at all! Very modern hotel ... would go back again. Although we didn't eat in the hotel, food did look good. In a great spot
