Our stay was excellent in every way. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the staff were courteous and professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We booked all-inclusive and were truly impressed by the quality and variety of the food – every meal exceeded our expectations. This hotel offers great value and comfort. We would be happy to return and can highly recommend it.

The staff were amazingly helpfull. Sent wine to my room once they knew it was my. My birthday
Only downside was my daughter and family were in room 1214 and the cleaner left them a note to say see had swept thru but couldn't make the beds as she had left a makeup bag towel and something else on the bed.
It was not makeup all week.

Stayed in many Benidorm hotels and this the best by far. Clean, spacious studio apt with pool view. Great cocktail bar and Cafe attached. Craft ale bar was great too. Pool accessible and always beds available. A great experience.

Overall the hotel is good with good facilities, staff and clean. Only disappointment was the room air conditioning was poor (asked them to repair twice but made no difference) and the pillows were too soft for me so made for a poor nights sleep.

Lovely hotel. The rooms were really nice and well looked after. The hotel is in a really good location to the beach and new and old town.

Small room but great staff
The 2 members of staff on reception were fantastic (special thanks to Jake)
However, we were disappointed with the room. Although it was perfectly clean, it was much smaller than I had expected from the photos, on which I based my choice of hotel.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast buffet was excellent, as were all the members of staff we encountered.

Very satisfied
Had 2 perfect nights with my husband. The staff was nice, the hotel nice and clean and we had room 2142 with an amazing view to the sea. Definitivt want to come back.
