The Agir Springs Hotel by Medplaya

Just got back from a great week in Benidorm at the Agir Springs Hotel. Halfway to the airport at 6 am I realised I had left my purse containing money, cards and driving licence etc. on ringing the hotel Romilio on reception asked to speak to my benniconnect coach driver and between them arranged for the next coach to bring it to the airport for me! Unbelievable aftercare!! Thank you so much for all the help, I am eternally grateful!! The hotel was lovely and clean, Bea our maid was excellent all week. Yes there was a sheet only on the bed but reception got me a blanket upon request. Can’t fault the place for being so central to all areas and will stay here again and recommend. The rooftop pool was lovely with sea views. Room huge! Like a suite, huge shower room. Room 412 had 2 balconies too! Don’t have one complaint about anything. Looked after and helped above and beyond. expected great results from this hotel and feel a bit let down tbh rooms are really showing age broken bits n bobs tiles latches etc bed was really comfortable and is a true double mattress location is great looking out over the pedestrian area the single road going through it is very noisy at times once in the room with doors shut it is not noticeable but if you like to sit on the balcony it can be a bit off putting the breakfast buffet is small and a few times it was cold and we were the first in there rooftop pool area is very nice good view the lifts are extremely slow and very small the biggest issue really was i didn’t realise they allow all male and female group booking so had a lot of very loud music at all hours with lots of screaming shouting between rooms. half the staff work very hard making up for the other half

Lovely little hotel nice and quiet. 10 minutes walk to old or new town staff all helpful.Cleaning ladies are a credit to hotel. Will definitely try to book here again when we return to Benidorm 👌 Only little criticism,it was our ruby wedding anniversary,although the travel agent let them know this when I asked at the desk they said I had to pay for a bottle of bubbly . Would have been a great gesture from management to gift one not everyone celebrates this many years

Hotel is in a great location to enjoy all of Benidorm. Daytime reception staff could be a bit friendlier/welcoming, all other staff pleasant and friendly. Some road noise from street cleaners in the early hours which I guess is the downside of having a sea view. Evening meal was delicious and a wide variety to choose from in the morning.

The hotel is situated in a great location The staff are lovely and helpful Rooms cleaned everyday and towels changed The only criticism I have is that it clearly states on the Jet 2 advertisement that stag and hen parties are not allowed A stag party of 18 checked on Friday and a hen party also banging doors at 4 in the morning

Checked in on the 14th of March as a last-minute . holiday. A total of 35 of us visited benidorm. However, as I was late to book onto the trip, I needed a different hotel as the peublo was fully booked. After hearing the others complain about the peublo, I am thankful that I booked the Agir Springs. The hotel is extremely well presented from the outside. Very clean and tidy. Checking in was fast, and within 5 minutes, I was in my room. The room (junior suite) is large, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy a stay. Kettle, water in the fridge, large TV, comfy bed, and 2 balconys with a sea view. The hotels location is very central with everything within close walking distance. The beach is only 60 seconds away, nightclubs 5 minutes away, and old town about 8 minutes away. For the first 2 days I didn't make it to breakfast however on the Sunday morning I did and for €8 it was worth it. A buffet and a menu was available and all included in the price. I haven't had a lot of interaction with the staff however the receptionist who booked me in was very pleasant and helpful and the girl who served me at breakfast was extremely polite, friendly and smiley. If you are looking for a nice, chilled out hotel in a good location then Agir Springs is a great choice. I haven't seen many children and at 30 years old I'm probably one of the youngest staying here from what I can see but that suits me perfectly. I dont holiday very often (I own a restaurant in the UK, so I get very little time off). However, I would come to benidorm again for a short break and would definitely book the Agir Springs. 5 stars

The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the beach and both the ***** and old town. It has a lovely modern feel and was very clean. The room had a balcony on to the street which was great for people watching and not too noisy when we stayed. We had 2 single beds pushed together that were really comfortable. The rooftop pool is great, we loved the comfy canopy beds, the pool was too cold for me to try in March. The bar was open for drinks and you could order food, we were advised that out of season it only opens if the weather is good. We had breakfast included which was so good. A lovely bright dining room with lots of choice of continental or cooked breakfast. There was also an option to order poached/fried eggs on toast or omelette. We had lunch in the diner and loved it, big portions and great sunny spot on the front. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely return.
