Absolutely fabulous from check in to check out. We met the nicest guy on reception when we checked in who was so helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he was just the friendliest person. We only had 3 nights here but will definitely return in the future and hopefully stay longer. The room was good and spacious and the bathroom had everything you could need including several dental kits and a hairdryer. Fabulous pressure from the shower too. The beds were a little hard for me I prefer a softer bed but that’s just my preference. We didn’t get to eat at the hotel but from what we saw the food looked very good. The pool area was really good. Seemed to be plenty of beds and chairs available and the pool bar was nice. Location was amazing. In the old town and just a stones throw from everything. Can’t wait to return here.

Location is good for the old town and the staff were friendly ,the room was cleaned every day while we were there ,but the walls are so thin we could here every conversation and noise from next door ,there were 3 lads staying there and they kept us awake until 3,30 just by talking

Had a great stay in Hotel Centro Mar with my partner. Luis on reception was a star and helped us in any way possible. He also had a great manner and could see he was friendly with everyone, both guests and staff. The hotel itself has the best possible location in Benidorm, especially if you prefer the Old Town. I would recommend spending more on the sea view rooms as slightly bigger with more sound proofing. Great showers too in all rooms. Highly recommend to anyone

The hotel is really well located in the old town of Benidorm. When we arrived it was a very quick and easy check in process, the lady on reception was excellent. The rooms are very nicely decorated and have a modern and very clean bathroom. The staff on reception every day were very polite and were always friendly and willing to help with any questions. A special mention to the gentleman who was on reception over night (night porter) he was a very friendly and helpful guy. The pool area was lovely and the views from up there a stunning especially at night time. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be using it again for sure. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What can insay, absolutely gem of a hotel. The place is absolutely spotless, and the staff are the most helpful and friendliest I've had the pleasure to meet. There was nothing that was too much trouble. The food was spot on, ebmven though we only had breakfast. I would advise you to pay for a higher floor as the lower floors do just look out onto buildings. The pool area on the roof is great. Loads of sun loungers and a bar area for drinks. The hotel is located just off the balcony in the old town and the bars and restaurants are just outside the hotel, tapas alley is less than 2 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend it, and we will be going back sooner rather than later, fingers crossed Thank you all at the centro mar for a wonderful stay

Good location, but if you want to sleep this is not the place to stay. The walls are so thin you can hear other people’s conversations and doors very loud and slam shut. The rooms are clean and reception staff lovely. Just to point out that the pool area rules are Gestapo!! If you even leave your sun bed for lunch even in the hotel they remove your towels, sun cream everything and you can come back to nowhere to lie. There is someone always watching or on the camera this happened every day with lots of complaints. You are not allowed even to drink a bottle of water round the pool that you have brought in. The bar up there is tiny and have to ring on the phone each time you want to get a drink or food. Food awful anyhow just a sandwich or pizza served, Because or the noise and the pool rules I won’t be returning

This was my 3rd stay here with friends. Lovely gem of a hotel. Helpful, friendly staff, clean rooms and great food. We stayed half board so had breakfast and lunch. You get wine included with meal and there was plenty choice. It’s in the centre of the old town with a lovely rooftop pool, great views of both beaches from the pool. Can’t wait to return next year

Wonderful dinky hotel. Location perfect for the old town. Rooftop pool is fabulous (limited beds & parasols available although not all beds have them) Our room’s aircon ceased working properly & a new one was installed the next day! Was offered another room. However we liked being on 1st floor! Our balcony faced the street which was fabulous to hang out & have a nose at street life. Overall our room was comfortable. What can I say about the staff… they were amazing. Louis, with his big smile 😊 was so helpful & nothing was too much. He arranged the fitting of the new aircon 😀 Maria was wonderful although we only saw her first few days. I am allergic to wheat so gluten free for me. a choice of rolls, croissants, cakes were available ever day & a separate toaster to warm my rolls. The breakfast choice was varied & worth paying for (included in our price) Perfect base in a perfect location.

Perfect break, went as couples and location was spot on. Hotel is perfect as a base and sea view rooms are best. Pool and pool bar is a brilliant sun trap. Best of all is Luis on reception, a real credit to the hotel. Would probably just stay here again as he was so welcoming and friendly. Will see you again soon
