Hotel Primavera

We went to Benidorm for the first time for our anniversary and we loved this hotel. We've stayed in 4star and hated the service/beds/cleanliness. This hotel is run so well. there was work ongoing at a building nearby that was loud but we were up and out early and our room was at the front too. The reception staff are so incredibly lovely. Always helpful and pleasant to us. It felt incredibly safe and the doors lock after 11 and guests are given a code to enter after that time. The hotel was quiet each night with guests being respectful of each other. There was one disturbance but i overheard to dealt with really quickly in the early hours. our beds were so comfortable and the maids did a fantastic job daily for us. We will definitely return and probably would with our children now we know the location etc. It's perfectly located so close to the beach and old town and about a 30 min walk to the ***** which aa we enjoyed bar hopping along the way. upon checking out the receptionist told us they're having a big refurb over the next year but honestly, I'll return if they don't. The hotel is a modern bright hotel. It is so clean you could eat your dinner off the floor( you don’t have to) The rooms are very specious with large comfortable beds Up on 17 th floor is s bar with pool you get glorious views of Benidorm On a Saturday they have music at night. The food is varied and plentyful.( they did jave Apple Crumble snd custard for breakfast)! Staff friendly and helpful. Would i go back and recommend this hotel definitely A lovely hotel with plenty to do Give it a go you will be impressed.

A really great hotel , we stayed there while taking part in the Benidorm running weekend. Two great bars. an excellent breakfast and the staff were great as well. Nice big rooms.A easy walk into Benidorm maybe 5 minutes from the beach and about 20 minutes to the tram line

If you’re looking for a cheap clean hotel then look no further. Free air con, free WiFi and daily housekeeping, my only complaint was there was no kettle to make a coffee or tea in the morning, however you can purchase one in the bar downstairs and take it to your room. The beds were so comfortable and made every day by housekeeping. Honestly I’ve stayed in dirtier hotels with a higher star rating, will definitely be returning here when we next visit, staff are also so friendly and helpful

Hotel is brilliant first and foremost. Having read a few negative comments I wasn’t expecting much. Please ignore these & come for yourself. Hotel is ridiculously cheap and having stayed at many hotels in Benidorm this is right up there. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, you get free air con and free WiFi(both are very good). The staff are amazing, there was 3 main staff, a lady, a younger woman roughly 20ish years of age and a male. They were all superb and went above and beyond for everything, they deserve their own review. The breakfast is €6 a day and has absolutely everything you can want. The location is fantastic and is a 5 min walk from everything (the beach, the old town and loads of shops). If you are looking at a very cheap hotel in a great location this is the one for you. Overall great stay 5/5 stars, and a big thank you to the staff for making this a very pleasurable experience.
