Great location for all entertainment, but put into annexe block 4 , the walls are paper thin and between domestics and just general chit chat from neighbours. Breakfast is fab, Room was large and had 4 beds powerful shower ,mini fridge . No kettle in rooms.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area was also very clean with a nice poolside bar. Nice games area inside for smaller kids and seating area for adults. Food was good dinner is not served until 7 but better to get there beforehand as there will be a que. Plenty of choice in the buffet. If your visiting benidorm it's a good location about 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the main *****. Enough to be there but not in the middle of it all. The only bad thing is the noise of those coming in late you could hear everything from our room... banging doors and shouting and although the hotel does seem to have security on the main entrance I didn't see anyone walking around the grounds or pulling people on making noise late at night. Would recommend a private transfer to and from the airport for anyone visiting.

Reception staff and breakfast very good, one if the best breakfast services I've ever had, even included unlimited prosecco. Location is also great as it's near the *****, but far enough away too. Saw reviews saying avoid the blocks and they were so right. Rooms were clean and bathroom nice, but the design of them makes it absolute hell through the night. The open plan design and surfaces make it a real recipe for echos and noise. The main entrance door made a real bang and was at it all night, until about 7 am. They must use these blocks for suspected noise makers and, as 3 50+ year old blokes, it was hell. Avoid the blocks like the plague! We were in block 4, the blue one. If staying here make sure it's in the main hotel as it really did affect the rating.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay was bed and breakfast not one fault the staff were all outstanding Rooms spotless and cleaned daily will definitely return to the publeo As soon as I can cannot recommend it enough three perfect days spent here

I found the hotel excellent, my room was clean and it was kept clean. There was a small fridge in my room but NO kettle and a free safe. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and any problems were sorted out promptly and efficiently. The food was excellent. The buffet-style breakfast and dinner had a good selection of food presented and cooked well. It was somewhat annoying that you couldn't get a free non-alcoholic drink at dinner. I found the drinks in the restaurant very expensive. The hotel is in a good location just a short walk to Levante beach and the *****. Beware. I was assaulted and robbed outside of the hotel. The Police had no interest in investigating this crime or making any effort to stop this from happening again. Other guests should be warned that criminals operate in this area. I wrote to the management of the Hotel to approach the Police and request them to do their job. However, I am still waiting for a reply.

Been to this hotel numerous times it is, in my opinion, in a great position not too far from the main ***** but far enough away for quietness. Facilities are good and clean. Food ok plenty of choices. Staff friendly and polite. Like that you need room key to access pool area, lift area and toilet in reception seeing as this hotel is right next door to the outdoor market making it safe for the residents.

Wouldn’t say that this is a 3 star hotel more like a 2 star, the beds were on wheels and get sliding the bedding was manky made me feel dead itchy, hotel staff not welcoming food choice was absolutely shocking I know people just moan but I’ve stayed in plenty of three stars and none has been as bad as this standard

We just came back from the Pueblo stayed before in this hotel it's lovely we were on the 2nd floor the room was a little on the small,side but ok the reception staff are friendly the food in the hotel is always lovely will be going back soon the weather for February was lovely and sunny
