What a fantastic hotel it was so clean cannot fault the cleanliness.The view from our sea facing room was totally amazing the staff are friendly and helpful the young lady who serves in the breakfast room is a absolute jewel we had a truly lovley week here our first time to la cala we loved it that much we have already booked to go back next year

Hotel location was perfect, right by the beach. The hotel was spotless. All staff were very polite and friendly, especially Silvina at the breakfast counter. We had room 304, which had fabulous views. The only downside, were the 23 steps to the hotel. Ok for us, but not for those less able. Thanks for a lovely stay. P & B

Great hotel, fantastic friendly staff. Lovely clean hotel and maid service every day. Breakfast was great and the service top notch and super friendly (ladies name escapes me unfortunately). Literally on the beach too, so handy that as well. Close to many eateries and bars, nice and quiet too. Buses into central Benidorm regular too. Excellent

Amazing little hotel. Have booked to go back next year. Right on beach. Lovely on site restaurant . Great staff especially breakfast staff. Only downside is the steep steps up to reception. Really clean rooms with daily cleaning. Near to bus stop.

We would not stay anywhere else. Hotel L Cala is perfect. Great rooms overlooking the beech, friendly staff including the cleaning staff. The breakfasts are great and service brilliant.The hotel overlooked a busy clean beech and is surrounded by some great restaurants

Hotel La Cala was in a lovely position so close to the sea you can hear the waves from your sea view room. We had a great stay here over 2 days. The hotel staff were very welcoming, a special mention for the breakfast lady who was fantastic so too the housekeepers. Our room was beautifully clean the best we experienced in our 8 nights in Spain. We were also lucky enough to sample the hotel's on site restaurant Strat. The food was fabulous and a class above other dining experiences we had in the week. May be what you expect from the chef who was a winner of Masterchef professional -Claire Hutchings. Thank you Claire and Victor for a brilliant stay.

I stayed here with my family the staff are amazing could not do enough for us. My aunt who is disabled could not climb stairs they found an alternative route. Rooms very clean and spacious the decor in bathroom lovely. I will again say the staff were amazing and the beach was so close and very Friendly atmosphere.

We just got back from Hotel La Cala. It was our first time visiting Cala de Finestrat and we loved it. Our room was spacious, clean and AC working fine. The beds were comfortable and even pillows were decent which I find it rare at hotels. Breakfast were good, little something for everyone’s taste and you could bring it to your room which is amazing. The only improvement could be - soundproofing. Spanish families love spending time until late so sometimes people would be outside quite noisy up until 2am and it was keeping me awake, but not everyone is sensitive so it would be just a suggestion rather than critique. Other than that staff was lovely, helpful and always smiling. Definitely a good hotel with a great location.
