Excellent hotel, a lot of variety in the buffet, it is located to go to various points in the city, the staff's attention is excellent, we buy excursions at the hotel which is more practical, they help you with what you need, we will surely return, 100% recommended, The facilities are very good and at night the show was great, from my point of view a luxury hotel in all aspects

We have been here before. Wonderful hotel for couples or families. Friendly staff always willing to help. Very clean. Our room was cleaned every day with clean towels when needed. Food was amazing. We stayed half board so breakfast had everything you could want, from hot food to cereals and fresh juices and fruits. The evening meal was just as good. Many different foods and different themes every evening. They even had a special kids food bar with a selection of nuggets & burgers etc. There is a lunch time bar which sells snack which is also very good. There is evening entertainment on every night with singing, dancing and games. The location is in the middle of old town and the new town, but is around a ten minute walk to the sea front. This is fine if you don’t mind the walk. It’s around €5 by taxi into old town/new town if you don’t fancy the walk. All that said it’s wonderful Hotel. We will definitely be coming back again.

Stayed for 7 nights, no complaints at all apart from checking in- can be chaotic at times, Rooms, food, staff all excellent TUI rep was 1st class as was the whole experience. We’ve booked again for next year, plenty of sunbeds available, close enough to beach and not too far from Old town well worth a visit

Been here five days and five to go. Staying on the fifth floor and no complaints up to now. Breakfast is one of the best we have had at other hotels in Benidorm and the evening meals are just as good. Entertainment is above average and the staff at the hotel are hard working. Looking forward to the next five days.

I am here currently my friend she left a review 5 days ago. Since then the kids were ill with food the same night after she posted. You are not allowed to re post on Trip advisor for 3 months. The food is awful. We tried breakfast this morning again and she's ill in bed again. Food is greasy and frankly isn't on. They asked to speak to her and stated potatoes wouldn't make her ill she also had seafood pasta. Then our two boys ill all night. They wrote it in a book and said if she needs anything let them know lol. We don't drink alcohol don't want upgraded to all inclusive. They could have at the very least sent bottled water to our rooms. Rep bought 1 bottle. The pool was changed 11am to 4pm. Then last night hair braiding women was paid 20 euros to do my hair not done properly, fine but my sons air max jumper was placed at the side and it "went missing" reported to hotel still no response. Our opinion is we travel all the time and the rooms are lovely and pool area however based on overall experience we definitely won't be back and are glad for the first we are actually going home.

Hotel very clean. Food mediocre and Luke warm, could be warmed up in microwave but I don't expect to pay for a 4 star hotel and warm my own food up ! Apart from breakfast, no drinks were free, even water had to be bought for lunch and evening meal. Tea , coffee, sugar and milk in the room had to be bought daily ! Towels not changed daily. Not what I would class as a 4 star hotel. Received the aforementioned services in 2 and 3 star hotels.

We staid in Rio park for a week 18-2/25 till25/2/25 and it was great value for the money. Room was spotless and fresh towels every day , bed changed every 2nd or 3rd day . Food ok something there you could eat everyday choice reasonable for time of year. Bar prices reasonable. Did not get to see any acts in hotel but day time activities were ok only did 1 day as we were out all the time . Will return Stephenie n Denis Glasgow
