Excellent hotel, a lot of variety in the buffet, it is located to go to various points in the city, the staff's attention is excellent, we buy excursions at the hotel which is more practical, they help you with what you need, we will surely return, 100% recommended, The facilities are very good and at night the show was great, from my point of view a luxury hotel in all aspects

Very nice hotel in ideal location excellent staff and very friendly rooms a little plain but clean excellent WiFi throughout the hotel well laid out restaurant a pity the food was a little bland major criticism is that they allow large groups of young men possibly around 60 footballers over a 4/6 night stay and the noise well after midnight is not acceptable it appears that this happeneds most times in January we will definitely not go there then.

This was our first time in Benidorm and we stayed 24 Dec to 31 Dec 24. This hotel was immaculately clean both room, restaurant and all public areas. We were on the twelth floor of the 12 floor hotel,. There are 5 lifts and we didn't experience any difficulty in accessing our room.The staff were friendly and room serviced everyday. The restaurant buffet selection was varied and plentiful. The maitre de ensured that all sanitised our hands before entering and staff ensured any spills were cleaned up quickly.They even put on canapes late Xmas morning in the main bar area and a gala Xmas buffet with complimentary wine. We were full board and made use of the 5 euro per day for complimentary drinks in the restaurant at lunch and dinner. Drinks were reasonable and they have a happy hour 3 X per week. For us though the entertainment was fab. Tribute acts magician drag artists kept us entertained and we had no need to venture out in the evening after dinner. The hotel has easy access to the beach 10 to 15 mins or a 20 min walk to the tram stop for Albir and Altea both beautiful places to visit. We loved our stay so much we have booked to return in March 25.Thank you Rio Park staff for a delightful stay.

This is 1 of the best hotels iv ever stayed at abroad. The reception team were so accommodating as my partner has a fear of hights and given us a lower floor(thank you) From the min we arrived at the hotel everything was perfect the hotel is spotless.the staff are super friendly .the food and entertainment was also amazing .the hotel is set in a quiet little street 5 min walk away from all the bars and sea.i would 100%recommend this hotel this was only my second time in benidorm as I stayed at my sister in laws appartment oppisite the hotel the first time but the Rio park definitely made my stay this time. I would like to thank every member of staff that worked there from the happy reception team .excellent house keeping bar staff security in the door.restaurant staff yous really are AMAZING I absolutely loved the hotel and will now stay here everytime I am in benidorm.Thank you RIOPARK I will see you again soon.

Good hotel,arrived on Saturday busy on check in once we got to our room walked in was very clean and fresh with pool view, pool area is great plenty of beds,food not bad something for everyone we will be back next year to rio park nice location too.also to mention the lifts are a bit slow but never bothered us.

Amazing hotel very clean and the staff are amazing food was very nice all in all one of the best hotels we have stayed in in benidorm. The guest were very friendly and great fun plenty of entertainment for everyone would highly recommend this hotel.
