Nice apartment but the access was hard if you have mobility issues. Not explained in write up . Was put on 16 floor so scary and lifts took forever couldn’t sit on balcony because so windy. Finally got moved to lower floor. But every night things being thrown from upper floors into the pool fire alarm being set off wasn’t a good place to stay as couples maybe a stag /hen weekend thing but will no for the future .

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE THIEVES. €100 charge for leaving empty water bottles by the sink, stacked for removal by cleaners. “You should have asked for bin bags” Must have been the easiest €100 anyone has ever made - I’m clearly in the wrong profession.

Stayed here over the fiesta, the apartments were as expected, nothing wrong with them but nothing fancy either, also not the cleanest! In my experience these apartments attract a 'rough' crowd, I wouldn't recommend for families - however, not sure if this was because we were there over the fiesta. We payed our deposits in cash to ensure we got it straight back, which we did, but you have to leave the apartments exactly how you found them (with the exception of putting the bedding on the bathroom floor) otherwise you wont get it back, we saw someone left 1 (clean) plate on the draining board and lost their deposit! The area is a 10 minute walk from the *****, 15 ish from the beach so a good location but it is a little out the way of the action. The staff we spoke to seemed friendly enough too

My sister and I came for 5days on 29th September this year.I was abit worried about the reviews, about getting your deposit back which we did know about(£200)and afew other things.I must say we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and big enough for us with a lovely big balcony. The gentleman on reception the night we arrived was very helpful and George on reception the next day was really helpful too.He helped us out alot that day getting a bus to another destination and printed the tickets.He was lovely and so helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. The lady the next day wasn't as helpful but we managed to do it ourselves in the end.People moan about losing there deposit but we left it clean so no problem.The is a charge if you lose your keys or they have to open your door but just be careful you don't lose them.If we come back to Benidorm we would certainly stay there again.

Just back from a weekend stay here and will not be returning. We were on a girls trip and had few rooms booked on different levels. I was floor 5 room 5. First impression the room looked clean but further inspection the room was not upto a standard for a hotel of any rating. Stained bedding and stained sofa. Table on patio was filthy. End of bathroom door was cracking because of water damage and radiator in bathroom full of rust. Had a leak in bathroom from room overhead water all over floor and coming out to kitchen. Went to tell reception no telephone so had to go down to be told there was no maintenance there after 7 and was given towels to clean it up. paint was falling from ceiling so leak had obviously been an issue for some time also would explain the rust on radiator. Went to pool and with snacks and drinks, was shouted at by the barman/security to put them back to room as I could only eat and drink what was purchased at the bar. One friend was asked to open her bag and show what was inside as she entered the pool. Told to not consume her store bought water at pool side. Very rude man. To top it all off you had to bring your rubbish at the end of stay into large bins situated out the back of the hotel if U didn't do this there was a rush of your deposit not been returned. Situated on a very busy road lots of sirens and traffic. Light sleeper this was also unsuitable for me. Personally I would pay the extra euro to stay somewhere clean and plesent.

This is an honest review party of 13 in a few different rooms I can honestly say our room was filthy floor 6 room 2 the floor could not have been mopped there was black mould in the bathroom it really was not great .. the actual balcony doors didn’t lock and the blind on the bedroom window was a disgrace and believe me Iv stayed in many different rooms in Benidorm .. one of the chairs on the balcony had no legs on it hidden under one of the other chairs ! The table was filthy and a big blood stain on one of the chairs and while we were there some flung two chairs off a balcony ! Towels were clean apt would have been ok if cleaned properly however I have a line of 15 bites on my arm waiting to be confirmed from gp if bed bug bites . All in all I wouldn’t ever go back trust your instincts read the reviews pay your 200 deposit in euros and run for the hills !
