Hotel Mediterráneo consistently delivers an amazing experience. I visit twice a year and am never disappointed. What I like best are the spacious rooms.snd friendly staff.

Love this hotel, we go every year and have done for the past 6 years! Staff are wonderful and friendly they make you feel so welcome. The choices for food are great and different every day. Would definitely recommend this hotel! will be back in September✨

We stayed for a few nights and overall it was a lovely experience. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were nice. However there were a few things that could have been better. There were no disabled toilets anywhere in the building so had to go back to the room to use the toilet for someone who needs assistance when going . You need to bring your own towels unless you want to pay a deposit (which i think is refundable) or buy them, which is fine we just weren't prepared. No kettle either so bring one if you want a hot drink in the morning or evening in your room. There is a gym however when we tired to access it our keycards did not unlock it, so not sure. The indoor pool needs to be booked for use, and the entertainment is good for kids but not the best for teens and adults. Food was hit or miss, some days were good others weren't. Location wise it is close to the water park but is a bit of a walk away from the ***** and the coast. Overall it was a good experience but very much more catered to family's with younger children.

Honest review of this hotel rooms nice and clean staff are friendly entertainment at night is a bit it and miss daytime entertainment is good with foam parties and water slides etc selected days food is a bit hit and miss .the breakfast is about the best we at a great time here

We booked last minute as our son was in the IMED Levante Hospital ( this hotel is ideally located for this) We booked initially for 2 nights, not knowing how long we would be there. We ended up staying for 8 days. The hotel could not have done more

The hotel itself is very clean and spotless, the entertainment team are out at 10am doing water polo, AquaGym, pool and darts. The evening entertainment isn’t very good. The bar staff are friendly and service is always with a smile. While in the dining room, we witnessed a staff member (waitress) put 3 puddings in her plate and take them back to the kitchen, we thought this was inappropriate and unprofessional. There was still another 1.5hours left in the restaurant for holiday makers to eat, because she took the last 3 the next board of desserts came out and they had been changed to something else, obviously they didn’t have anymore of the ones they were advertising. A lot of Spanish visit this hotel and they are so ignorant, they push you out of the way and jump the queue. They cater a lot for the Spanish. My son had some chicken and that was pink and raw on the inside. I would only stay again if I was self catering. It’s quite a walk to the ***** and shops.

Great family hotel. The hotel is lovely very clean with great aircon. The room was clean and very spacious with comfortable beds. The food was good with different options. Pool area was big with lots of sun beds, we never reserved our sun-beds as always plenty to choose from throughout the day. This is a 4 star hotel but compared to 4 star hotels in Greece or turkey it really doesn’t compare but then you get what you pay for. Location was good with some family friendly bars to visit a 5 minute walk away. Overall a great place and we would definitely visit again. You can hire beach towels from the little shop onsite for €10 per towel which is handy. No lilos or balls allowed in the pool. No kettle or tea / making facilities in the rooms so take your own.

beds are uncomfortable, air conditioning doesn’t do much cooling down, pool is the only good thing. the food is atrocious, the same stuff every day, no variety at all. found multiple hairs on the food too, on the last day, all inclusive ends at 4pm and we stayed for a week, meaning we only got to use our all inclusive for 6 days not the full 7. entertainment isn’t good either, it’s pretty much the same all the time. do not recommend staying here at all
