Stayed for two nights convenient for watching the excellent Benidorm Fire Show. Would recommend this .

Just returned from a weeks stay here and loved everything about the place. It's in a fantastic location directly across from benidorm palace and far enough away from the strips so no noise issues. Luckily we went outside uk school holidays so always plenty of loungers to choose from, even later in the day. This may be different though once the kids are off school? Food wise we all always found something to eat and there are many bars/restaurants very close by if you fancy a change from buffet. The corner bar a 5 min walk up the road does a cracking fry up! If hotel entertainment isn't your thing sinatras and tropical bar are about 5 mins away and they have several acts on each night. Staff are so friendly and the entertainment staff make the effort to remember your name and get you involved. If I did have to give one negative it would be lack of kettle in the room, I need a morning brew before I face the world but it's no big deal. We will definitely be booking this place again

It was a really good place to stay been to many places and this was the best entertainment for the kids. Every night different entertainment and we stayed for 2 weeks. The rooms were very clean and the cleaners were very nice and welcoming The only thing that wasn't very good was the food there wasn't many options for the kids/ picky eaters but there was a McDonald's over the road so that was good too.

My husband and I have just returned from this hotel and right from the moment we arrived we were very impressed, the check in was easy and very efficient, the rooms were spotless and kept this way throughout our stay and the beds were very comfy. The food was lovely with plenty of choice and the staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and hard working. The bar and staff were really nice and having read previous reviews in relation to the card system, we never found this a problem, the entertainment was excellent. In general we found all staff to be extremely pleasant but we make a special mention to the animation team ofJosh & Lupe who were absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond with both adults and kids. We had a lovely holiday despite the weather being a bit wet. Thank you Mediterraneo, we will be back in the future.

Lovely time at this hotel ,in a very nice area away from the buzz but only a short bus into town for under £1 .50 to go anywhere .food was really good with plenty choice .hotel is only 2 storeys high ,nice pleasant staff .would hesitate to go back next year

very disapointed We have just returned after 2 weeks we have been coming twice a year for 15 years. The hotel itself is spotless all staff from the manageress dowwn to the cleaners are friendly and work very hard The problem is the miday and evening meal Quality and less choice its often cold and flies on the food after speakin to other regular guests they seemes to have the same opinion i hope managment address this problem also the umbrellalas and bases round the pool need to be upgraded a lot of the umbellas dont fit the bases or are broken and when there is a wind they end up flying round sometimes ending up in the pool and are dangerous in all honesty it is now 2 star at the most even since may may the quality of the food has droped in quality THE STANDARD HAS DROPPED IN THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS COME ON SENIOR MANAGMENT LETS RETURN TO HOW IT USED TO BE

Stayed here in July 2024 and thought this was really good value for money. All the staff were incredibly helpful. Decent choice of drinks for an all inclusive. Rooms were cleaned daily and to a good standard. Pool was nice and clean and decent evening entertainment for families. If you can get this for a good price would recommended and would return. Only downside I would say is the food wasn't as nice as I would have hoped but good value for money

Just leaving today had a fantastic time at Hotel Mediterraneo!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast is amazing and so civilised (been to Rio park and wow the difference 😂) definitely best hotel we have stayed in for breakfast! Tea has a nice variety always something to eat! Maybe a few more desserts would be nice 😊 x Indoor swimming pool , sauna & jacuzzi was very nice did have to book in advance and wear a swimming cap! Pool was cold but you get used to it after a while 🏊 Room we had 3 in one room and we can honestly say it is definitely the best room we have had as usually just get a pull out bed that blocks the hallway! And had a settee so we did not have to sit on the bed all the time! Bathroom having a bath was such a nice touch so I brought all my lush bath bombs 😂 Never thought we would get a pool view but we did! 🙌 Sunbed situation was brilliant I do always panic about new places but plenty of sunbeds left at different times Had loud neighbours but that’s not hotels fault! Yes it’s a bit further out we did not mind that and I guess some people do bus it back or get a taxi which is understandable we always walked there and back and did around 10.000 steps The weather has been brilliant had a few pool days ☀️ Just little touches makes this place amazing x

Having read some reviews I think I've stayed at a totally different place ! Firstly I am probably the pickiest eater ever but the food here had lots of choice every meal time with only occasional items not as warm as I prefer but still good choice and quality, the bar staff where brilliant although Antonio did talk a lot to other staff while people where waiting to be served the rest of the staff gave excellent customer service. The reception staff deserve a mention as they too were good at their job. The hotel itself was spotless everywhere from the pool to the very spacious rooms. Always plenty of sunbeds available, if I was to be picky downside on our 1st day was very loud techno music around the pool but then it changed and was more relaxing the rest of the week Plus depending what mattress you prefer they are quite firm so not everyone's taste
