Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Hotel with beautiful south-facing rooms, very nice terrace with a view of the street and the swimming pool without a view of the sea. Impeccable cleanliness, pleasant and available staff except at the Spa.
The hotel could do with some updating, especially the bathrooms. Decor from 25 years ago but very well maintained.
Blah blah blah restaurant, canteen type. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Lunch and evening meals go your way unless it is purely dietary. Value for money ok out of season. The hotel highlights services that only exist in high season.

Money was stolen from my room, staff didn’t want to know. They said they’d help as it was clearly a maid but nothing was done, just fobbed off.

Toilet seat very loose, tap wobbly at sink light switch iffy sometimes on not always.switch.

Love the hotel and have stayed there 7 times now, staff are always helpful. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Food is always good, the atmosphere around the pool is spot on, rooms are clean an spacious.

Pleasant one night stay
One night stay half board - nice large room 15th floor - bathroom was fine would benefit from modernisation, nice view over pool and city. Evening meal buffet as you would expect from 3* or 4* but mainly hot which was good. Good English breakfast buffet plus continental etc. all staff friendly and helpful. Good location for us away from Benidorm ***** but close to shops entertainment and restaurants
