Apartamentos Palm Court

Amazing, fab apar**ents, fab location and the best staff. Contacted them in advance to ask if they’d decorate the room for my mums birthday. They went above and beyond. Can not recommend this place enough, will 100% be returning.

Just returned from 4 night stay at Palm Court apar**ents. The rooms are basic, but spotless. The food is great at the snack bar and the staff are very hard working. We booked through On the Beach and it clearly states that no bachelor or hen party groups will be accepted and if the arrive they will be turned away. We watched a large stag party arrive and check in without any problems. Fortunately we left the following day, but it should not be advertised as no stag or hen parties when the obviously are accepted.

4th time staying here and still love it very clean lovely staff and good location I will definitely be back the bar prices very good and the food is also good I love benidorm but to me couldn't pick a better place to

Quite basic clean apar**ents but could have better facilities. When we checked in (2 pensioners) we were told we had to pay a €200 damage deposit. We argued against the payment as our Jet2 - Dawson & Sanderson documentation stated only groups of 8 or more had to pay this. The sofa in room 308 was quite old and uncomfortable and the room itself was above the front patio - no sun on our balcony at any time of the day. The day before we checked out we discovered a guest in another room had a microwave. Too late for us though. Ask at reception when you check in if a microwave is available as apparently they don’t have one for every room!! No toiletries (soap/shampoo etc) at all provided.

Lovely place to stay, rooms very basic but your only sleeping there! There is a restaurant within the hotel and a bar that serves 24/7 staff very friendly and polite and you couldn’t ask for a better location which is situated at the top of the main ***** and you can see the beach from the front of the hotel. The pool is good and great mobility access. I stayed here with my father and three children and I’d definitely stay again

Great apar**ents. Close to everything. The food was good and the price even better. Drink prices very good also. Good sized pool. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again . Buddies bar nearby was very good. Daynight was also good for food and buy one get one free drinks

Just stayed here for a week our 2nd time position of apar**ents perfect cleanliness immaculate staff very helpful and friendly food at bar very good had a great time so much so booked for Chris**as really can't wait

Rooms really tired and run down, beyond basic and the smell was unbearable. Definitely won’t return or recommend for families. Positives: Great location, friendly staff but room let it down massively.

Had a very pleasant stay there. Good location, nice staff, clean and well maintained. Small, well priced bar and nice pool area round the back. Free WiFi (which worked) as well which always helps. Had to leave a returnable 200 euro damage security deposit.
