Hotel Santa Faz

We’ve just had 4 nights here and we couldn’t fault it. It’s in a great spot, hotel and rooms very clean and the staff are very attentive. We arrived a couple of hours before the official check in time and within 15 minutes they had our room ready for us. Thank you for having us ❤️

Very basic,very clean, good staff, right in the heart of Tapas Ally and the old Town BUT sadly this has to be the noisest hotel I have ever slept in, being in an alley the sound echoed horrendously from people outside all night long ,inside the noise from people coming in at all hours, the banging of room doors, toilet doors, the toilet systern was I can only assume ancient, the cleaners lovely people but they were responsible for the banging of all of the doors daytime . The food please do not eat here thankfully we only ate once we complained along with everyone else in the restaurant, excuse the chef was on holiday .I actually am quite sad I have had to write this because the staff were good but if you want rest, sleep, decent food believe me this is not the place to go to .

Enjoyed stay in Santa Faz . Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean. Great selection for breakfast. Would prefer Irish rasher and sausages though. Would love to have kettle in room. And an English speaking TV channel. Would stay there again if I we're in Benidorm.

On the positive side, the hotel is located in a central position in the Old Town, friendly,helpful staff and the room, although basic was cleaned daily with clean bedding and towels. The beds were comfortable too. The water pressure for the shower was very good. However, for me, the negatives outweigh the positives. The room was very dated, a mismatch of furniture including a plastic garden chair. The air conditioning was not adequate for the temperatures outside and appeared not to be working effectively. As per other reviews, the walls were paper thin and you could hear conversations in the next room (including a guy in the next room being ill from a night out) Therefore, due to the heat during the night, the ineffective air conditioning and the people in the next room returning at 05.30am each morning, we decided to check out early and spend a couple of nights in another hotel. I understand from You tube videos that the hotel is to be upgraded/ refurbished next year, so I would hope the owners take note of the comments in other reviews and act on them as this could be an amazing hotel.

We have just returned from this Hotel after a 4 night stay. This was our first visit to Benidorm and it didn't disappoint. The Hotel is very well located in the Old town however, it is bordered by streets on either side, with bars etc, so be prepared for noise. We bought ear plugs and they worked really well. The Hotel staff are really friendly and welcoming. The reception is 24 hour. The room was very clean however we only had 1 chair. So we asked if we could have another chair, which initially was problematic (" if we give you another chair it means a room does not have one". "You mean you have no 'spare' chairs"?). But we got our chair. We had the breakfast package, which had a very good choice however the cooked breakfast is laid out underneath the aircon unit, so within minutes, everything is cold. On the plus side, you can put it in the microwave for a few minutes. All in all we enjoyed our visit and the Hotel but we won't miss the noise at night.

My partner and I have just returned from a five night stay in this adult only hotel. The major plus on this hotel is the location it is situated on a small traditional Spanish street in the Old Town of Benidorm with very easy access to the lovely bars, Tapas Alley, restaurants, shops and the beaches on both side. On check in we was greeted by a lovely man on the desk who was friendly and informative. Our room was on the 3rd floor over looking a narrow street with a tiny balcony it was immaculately clean, great shower and comfy beds which was cleaned every day. The breakfast had a choice of continental meats, sweets, fruit, yoghurt and a small choice of for an English Breakfast, also fruit juices, tea, coffee and preserves. Overall the hotel was very quiet apart from slight noise from the street below. The only negative we found was that the walls were paper thin and some of our fellow guests. who either didn't care or were completely oblivious to the fact that other guests maybe next door to them. Up until our last night everything was lovely and calm. But with an early morning pick up our new neighbours made life hell for the us. They rolled in at 4am in the morning only continuing their party by shouting, slamming doors and being very noisy. We did mention this to the concierge on the desk on checking out and he was fully aware of the issue as three parties of young (and obviously selfish individuals) had checked in. He had done his best on his own to control them, maybe as a suggestion to the hotel try not to have parties of young people as guests and stick to adult couples. It was a shame as to what occurred on our last night and I have no intentions of dissing the hotel, because as I have mentioned it is a great hotel, great price and in fantastic location. We would stay here again - just, maybe next time I will remember to pack our ear plugs, just in case. Many thanks Jane & Tony Overall the stay
