Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended

The hotel that just keeps on getting better .. we can only think of positives .. the Team are the best in the business, .. the Cleanliness and food are top notch .. the hotel is just a little hidden Gem .. small in size but great in Features .. would thoroughly recommend the Riviera Beach and once you’ve been .. you just wouldn’t book elsewhere.

Spent 11 nights at this hotel with friends, a return visit for us. Arrived at lunchtime to a short wait for our room to be ready. Lovely clean room. Had a few issues with the room, these were very quickly resolved. Food choice and quality was great, staff very friendly. Maid service leaving towels and toiletries was a bit hit and miss, I would take shower gel next time. All of the hotel is spotlessly clean. Pool area great, plenty of loungers. Evening entertainment was great, my only gripe was we bought cocktails at 6.50€ each from the terrace and took them downstairs to our music lounge, the waiter immediately ushered us out man handling me saying we couldn't take drinks in, I said we didn't know that and to kindly get his hands off me. We ordered cocktails in the music lounge that where now 8€ each! The glass lifts in the hotel are very quick but one of them was out of service for most of our stay. We used the small internal lifts at the back of the hotel, this helped. We left early to return home and was offered a picnic breakfast to collect from reception. This was a lovely gesture but a terrible option, it was a bag of water, orange juice, cakes and biscuits! Very unhealthy, we left it in our room... Would definitely return to this hotel again as the location is superb, its very rowdy but the sliding doors block out most of the noise better than most benidorm hotels we've stayed in It was lovely to see Gabrielle the boss constany around the hotel overseeing things running smoothly.

Riviera beach hotel in Benidorm where we recently spent a 10 day full board stay. In our room (601) over the first few day we discovered the following defects: The toilet seat was very loose, the handle inside the shower door was broken, leaving a sharp edge.The door stop on the floor was loose, showing the screws not screwed into the floor.The main door into our room kept sticking on the top of the door at the fire door closing point, the hinge kept dropping not allowing the door to open fully, (The cleaner also experienced the same issue) To top all this came the ants! On the Tuesday morning at breakfast we noticed ants running along the table where the microwave, tea/coffee making facilities were kept (videos taken). we reported this to a waitress and was told that it would be sorted out, only to find the same issue on the Thursday with the ants in the same area which was very off putting and we felt that we could no longer eat our meals in the hotel, so had the remaining days of our holiday eating out ( even though we had paid for full board) We did actually leave a note for the manager about our room defects, which were rectified the same day, but I still fell that our room should not of been available with these issues. The manager actually called us into her office on the day before we were due to return home to discuss the defects ( I can’t understand why she left it so late?) but as for the ant situation, she just said it couldn’t be helped because of the warm climate ( we have been to many other “warm climates” with no issues like this before)

Stayed at this hotel quite a few times, just had Christmas day here and boy what a fantastic day. We started off with appetisers and drinks on the terrace, followed by the most amazing Christmas dinner. The staff here are second to none and most definitely deserve the highest praise they work so hard to make sure that everyone is well looked after. And the food is unbelievable you would not get anything better if you stayed at any of the top London hotels. All I can say is if you want a fantastic Christmas with first class service and fantastic food then don't hesitate to come here.

Rude staff paid extra for balcony on easyjet holidays food not great choice bed bugs ridden but hotel denied all this so that's their problem didn't use pool as in shade most of day lifts caused problems looks nice from uncle peds but there are better hotels on same side of street

Really enjoyable 4 night stay ,rooms ( 104 ) near to perfect as you could get , beds really comfy fell asleep at 8pm one night ( no alcohol involved )and never woke up till following morning. Food great , location great and the public bar perfect for watching the sports channels especially the Liverpool game when all the guests were singing you'll never walk alone, just like being on the kop..What a great atmosphere and cheap bar prices. Definitely be back later in the year.
