I couldn’t fault our holiday, named drinks, roof top menu was fantastic, our Jet2 rep was very helpful and very informative, the water park and animal park was well worth a visit and with as many visits as you want it’s well worth it and food is included too, free bus down to the beach a few times a day, the lodges were cleaned every day, taxis were 10 euros from the town back to accommodation, the reception staff were really helpful, pizzas delivered to your rooms as part of the all inclusive plus package, we didn’t go to the night time entertainment as our children are 16 and 22 but as a whole this holiday was brilliant, we all thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you

The reception area is 3rd class compared to the other resort facilities. The staff were excellent at every station, especially the by the help given in the restaurant by Sergio Lopez Maitre and Chef Juanso who prepared special dietary requirements.

Overall we had a good holiday as it’s always what you make it but I wouldn’t give it more than 3 stars. The good bits The water park is excellent for the kids and the pool at the water park is lovely. The zoo is really good especially the world of Venom. This is well worth a visit. The animals seem well cared for to me and the zoo staff are really helpful and happy to answer questions. The drinks selection is excellent and the bar staff are friendly and hardworking. In fact all the staff, reception, housekeeping and the pool staff work hard. They work hard to keep the site very clean and look after the guests. The entertainment is good and although we never went to the late shows, there’s a lot of choice and plenty to keep the kids happy all day long. The snack selection is reasonable and our children especially enjoyed the muffins, apparently they were the best they had ever tasted. The not so good The rooms are in need of an update, housekeeping work hard to keep them clean but they really need looking at. You only get air conditioning in one room so the second bedroom is boiling. People are right about the noise, we were kept awake by the people next to us snoring. Our room was also next to the football pitch and adults and kids play on it until after midnight so there’s no chance of sleep until that finishes. The mini bar selection is also not great, no bottles of water is not ideal. The food is not great, the kids options are not bad nothing is really very appealing. Nothing of real quality. Overall we had a good time but we probably won’t return.

I want to start with the zoo which is appalling. There are 2 elephants by the infinity pools ( should be amazing to look out at happy elephants. There is almost no water ( 30 degrees) and nothing for them to eat apart from a small amount of straw scattered around. One is continuously holding his back leg up and struggling to walk at all and they seem to spend a lot of their time facing the wall and rocking. They are clearly distressed, and at least 1 is obviously in considerable pain I have seen no fruit indeed, no fresh food in the days that i have been here. There should be a watering hole, somewhere to bathe and food at the very least, and there clearly is an urgent need for a vet. We came so.looking forward to our holiday but seeing animals treated in this way has absolutely ruined this holiday. Something needs to be done immediately The enclosure is huge, so absolutelyNO EXCUSE. And would not even be expensive to put things right. They are spending money building what looks to be a huge pirate attraction whilst they allarently can't afford, or dont care about their animals. They need very little, water, fresh food, shelter and some form entertainment, like a bathing area. Please sort this out. In sure this will have been complained about before and people have not rebooked because of this. We were ready to rebook for next year but not only will we not rebook, but I will be posting this far and wide. In this day and age is disgusting.

We’ve just got back from a fantastic family holiday at the Magic Natura. If you’ve got primary aged kids this resort is absolutely perfect - all you can eat and drink, multiple pools, plus a zoo and water park attached and included! The food was good and there was something for everyone each mealtime. We all enjoyed it, and although cooked breakfasts on the continent aren’t what they are at home, there was still lots of stuff to choose from. Dinner was always the best meal, and if you visit the waterpark lunch is included there too. The waterpark is amazing, the kids had the best time and went on all the slides. Our littlest was slightly too small as lots of the bigger ones have height restrictions of 1.2m, so be aware of that, although there are multiple themed pools and some smaller (but still fun!) slides for littler ones to enjoy. The all inclusive food and drink extends to the waterpark so that was all taken care of, and we spent several days here as there’s so much to do. To get to the waterpark you can walk through the zoo, and I’m usually worried about this abroad as not all zoos have the animals best interests at heart. The welfare standards here were pretty good on the whole though, and I was pleasantly surprised. The bird of prey show is great, and on twice a day, so be sure to catch that when you visit. Our room was lovely, and kept super clean by the attendants each day, and the kids loved the bunk beds in their own little room. We didn’t realise that one of the kids beds was actually the sofa but that was an oversight on our part and our son said it was very comfy anyway. As other people have mentioned the walls are quite thin, think caravan walls, but the lodges do look lovely. We stayed in the Bali lodges right near the entrance, which was the perfect location for accessing everything and wasn’t too hilly. The pools in the hotel are a little colder than those in the water park, but it’s a summer holiday and once you get in you soon adjust! They all have bars nearby too so you can always grab drinks and snacks, everything is super easy which is very welcome with a family in tow. The evening entertainment can get a bit samey, although the kids loved the kids disco every night. We didn’t have to wait ages in the queues for the bar and the drinks are good, they’ll add as big a measure as you like! We used the free bus to visit Benidorm during our stay too, and the beaches were heaving. It’s worth visiting but the resort it nicer so after that we stayed there. I would 100% recommend the Magic Natura to anyone with kids, we had the best time and will definitely be back! Ignore the bad reviews, we’re usually quite picky and I once cried at how bad a hotel we visited was.. but the Magic Natura is fabulous!

Flight was quick and we were the first to be dropped off, our lodge was ready so we went straight to it and got changed. We arrived to grab some beds around the main pool, we had to pay a €40 deposit for our towels. There was some entertainment on at the pool and the foam party started about 6pm. Our 6 year old loves it and we enjoyed our first day. We went all inclusive plus and to be honest apart from skipping the que I’m not sure it’s worth it. We then headed to the entertainment which the first night our niece loved but after that as it wasn’t on untill 8:30pm she got bored. The shows were on to late really it feels like the budget doesn’t really stretch to the entertainment. The food was plentiful but I didn’t think much to the flavour. The lodges are small we had one with a hot tub. The zoo and waterpark are brilliant loved them both. We had a amazing time I would describe it as a Butlins abroad but sunny the pools need updating tiles were coming off all over

We have just sent 10 days at Magic Natura and had an amazing time. The Zoo it great with plenty of experiences. We did the elephant experience and got to back into there enclosure, this was brilliant as they are my favourite animals. The Zoo also had an amazing reptile house, and bird show. The water park was brilliant. It's open to the public as well, as its not quite on site but we didn't find it got to crowded and very clean tho water very cold. Your all inclusive drinks and snacks still available from there. The cabins are really nice and clean we had 2 bedroom 2 shower rooms. Walls were thin tho you could hear other ppl. Food was good, what you expect of any all inclusive and didn't find it got to repetitive even after 10 days. Drinks a plenty and not shy on measures. Few small pools at the resort were also cold. The evening entertainment (which is outside) was ok, this did get repetitive as it's a weeks project as we were they for 10 days it did repeat. It's also the same resident act doing slightly different show each night. But the one thing that made our holiday was the animation crew, Danny and his team really did make our holiday special with full in interaction. But for those less willing to get involved they also respected that. Amazing memories. Would 100% recommend

Had a great 10 nights food was good plenty to choose from but can’t satisfy every person we found it good lodges are cleaned every day fridge stocked up every day plenty to do we went premium all inclusive distort for anything except your towels for loungers and your beakers had a great time went swimming with the sea lions went into Benidorm a few times as there is a bus at certain times that takes you in and picks you up but take a picture of the time table the only downfall is the flies you can’t sunbathe outside your lodge for the flies they need to maintain the hedges and trees. As they are overgrown outside the lodges there is a drying hanger outside to dry wet stuff but overgrowth stops you from using it all but other than that had a great holiday staff are nice but a few are ignorant but it’s what you make of it
