After reading some reviews i was a little worried about this place. I heard there were loads of flies but we didnt see any more than anywhere else we have been. We heard there were loads of roaches, we didnt see one. We heard the staff were unfriendly, every member of staff we interacted with were amazing. The zoo was fantastic and we went there twice. The water park was amazing and we spent 3 days there. The add ons you get through AI plus were great we had lunch and cocktails at Stars overlooking benidorm beach and the Italian restaurant was great. We also had Pizza delivered to the room. It hilly but there is a bus driven by Nacho! Ok so the food wasnt the best and the queues were bad until we came up with techniques to combat them. We had a fantastic holiday, one of a kind and dont forget the medieval night at Robin Hood. See you soon I hope

I came here with my family back in June 2019 and loved it so decided to come back. It has changed somewhat from 2019. Back then All Inclusive meant just that but now there is All Inclusive Plus which is alot extra money which is disappointing. I was placed in the newest lodges this time and the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbour snoring at night, you could hear everything. My lodge also backed onto a road and you could hear car traffic all day and night. I got very little sleep. The lodges are small, I was a family of 3 and it was tight so would hate to see a bigger family. Very little storage for your clothing. The lodges were very clean. Alot of sunbeds have been removed from the pool area to make way for cabanas which are €30 a day. Ridiculous price. Pool area is small for the size of the complex, I spent all my time at the waterpark. Waterpark is fantastic, that's where I spent my days. Kids ran about enjoying themselves on the slides and I chilled out. Snack food and drinks available at the waterpark with Magic Natura all inclusive and sun loungers are free for magic natura customers. Zoo was fabulous especially impressed by the reptile house and exotic bird show. I just got a taxi into Benidorm old town for €8.50 as the bus only came a few times a day. The food was good as all inclusive goes. Good choice and something different every day. Breakfast however was repetitive but I suppose what else can you serve for breakfast. I couldn't book the restaurants this time round as this was only for All Inclusive Plus customers and ordering pizza too. Drinks were branded names and plenty of choice, my boy loved the hot chocolate and milkshakes with cream. Need more bar staff on in the evenings as the queue for the bar can be long. Evening entertainment is rubbish but it was rubbish back in 2019 too. Coming in Oct the lodges were cool at night so had to use the heating in the air-conditioning unit to heat the lodge up. Pack warm sleepwear if you come from Oct onwards. Overall I had a great one week stay but I wouldn't come back again as the noise from the neighbouring lodges and the road is just too much.

Hmm… I’ve been in better resorts. The hotel room was nice, but the overall experience I struggled with, we were premium plus, so whilst a lot more is included, the way you que next to the people who haven’t can be awkward and you get a few comments about not having to que for drinks. Some of the hotel staff will bend over backwards for you, however on the two occasions I had to speak to Joseph at reception, he was clearly capable but couldn’t be bothered… The lack of caring was *very* apparent. The “inclusive WiFi” that you have to have a new code for every 4hours was a stuggle for the kids and especially for the adults when everything is through the app (which is just a website that doesn’t always work) Food was good and the staff at the entrance of the restaurant again hit and miss - I also didn’t get if you are made to wear bands to show your “class” you still have to swipe/tag yourself in. Overall would I return, maybe, but I would need to see a few changes before I would be comfortable!

Lovely place, booked with jet2 and staff were good and helpful even when my child Sen ran off they were quick to react and help. Food was good range if your willing to try different things however labeling of food is not easy to understand. The zoo is fantastic and animals are well treated and lots of room. Waterpark is very slippery so would take water shoes or socks. Water is not cold but it still warmer then UK sea. Lots of lifeguards and staff are very clear on making sure slides are used properly. Room was good for us family of 5 in a two bed and it worked well however if children were older would have liked more room. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and showers were lovely and good pressure. We didn't go to entertainment but staff were lovely and we took food and drinks to rooms when it was too noisy for sen child. Football areas for children however parents don't always watch their children but you get that anywhere. Staff spoke English well. Rooms cleaned daily. Excursions were good especially experience with sea lions and staff were patient and welcoming. Resort flooring on road is slippery when even a little wet. Hilly up bus every 15mins. We did 20k steps per day. SEN child damaged room during unregulated moments and staff were brilliant and understood and fixed damage within 2hrs. Yes I had to pay but that is expected. Overall would go back again.

Just back from 2 weeks at magic natura and I have never been to a place like it…we were ultra all inclusive and premium with a Tahiti hot tub lodge. Check in went smoothly we didn’t arrive until about 1am so room was ready and got taken in a cart with our luggage which the kids loved. We got given All the info, though if I hadn’t been on the Facebook page I wouldn’t have known about the cups or internet codes to ask for. The room was one of the cleanest I have stayed in, cleaned thoroughly every day and minibar stocked every day aswell, it was spotless. (Altho there should be bottles of water aswell as fizzy drinks) We kept commenting on the grounds at how clean they were no rubbish anywhere and staff were constantly brushing and mopping pavements and even lifting leaves that had fallen! Pool areas were great I think there are 6 pools altogether and they were all very clean and well maintained, never over crowded, and the lifeguards were on top of their game nothing got passed them while we were there we seen one jump in twice as he thought children were in trouble (which they weren’t but better safe than sorry) I would recommend going premium just for the queue jump and different dining rooms, as sometimes the queues has as many as 10 people in them at the bar round the pool or entertainment and premium queue was empty so you got served straight away. Also free Bali beds round the pool with premium which were worth the premium and you could always get one even after 10am, staff came around the premium beds with lollies and ice cream and donuts etc but there was always loads of sunbeds and barely anyone queued for the pool opening, very laid back atmosphere no one was ever running around trying to get to the sunbeds The zoo and waterpark were def a highlight the zoo is immaculate and the animals were always close so got amazing pictures. We did the bird show which is on at 12 and 4 and it was one of the best I’ve seen, we got pictures with birds etc round the zoo and at the waterpark. The waterpark is great Altho one lifeguard wouldn’t let my son in with his small rubber ring, literally just fitted around his waist, while every other lifeguard allowed it so we left early one of the days as he can’t go in the pool without it. Slides were great and barely any queueing, the all inclusive food and drink were great but a nightmare to keep climbing all those stairs up and down! My daughter swam with the sea lions and it was well worth the money! There was a death at the waterpark one of the days we were there which was terrible and an awful thing to witness and affected most of the staff members aswell. Entertainment was fab but a bit late, my kids are a bit older so we didn’t mind staying until the end but a lot of family’s left early with younger children. Breakfast was def the best meal of the day and afternoon snack was brill, lunch and dinner were ok standard all inclusive but could always find something to eat. We found staff really

We travelled as a couple with a toddler and very much enjoyed our stay with minimal cons. Pros of the hotel and complex - -The zoo is fantastic! We were lucky enough to stay in room 2205 which backs onto the zoo and you can see the elephants and goats from the back of the chalet! -The animals were well taken care of and the bird shows were fantastic! (Entry is also included for free in your all inclusive package so we found that we attended most days). -The water park was also great as you could use your all inclusive bands to go there for free and get free food and drinks from one of the restaurants on site as well as sun beds. There were plenty of slides and pools for children of all ages to enjoy. - The entertainment was good but could have been a bit better - the mini disco is only on for 20-30 minutes followed by a wait of 30 minutes for the next show. - The room was cleaned 4/7 days that we stayed which was okay but it could have done with another clean to empty bins. - The mini fridge was filled on arrival with cans of Pepsi, fizzy orange and lemon, beer and a bottle of cava which was a nice touch! - They have a shuttle buggy that takes your suitcases to your room when you arrive and it can be booked 24 hours in advance when you are about to leave as the complex is quite hilly. Cons of the resort and complex - - The complex could do with a touch up and update here and there due to peeling paint and wear and tear - the staff work tirelessly to ensure it is clean and well maintained despite this. - The food isn’t fantastic - despite them attempting to accommodate for all, they do have a fly problem in the restaurant which leaves flies buzzing around the food and tables. - The rooms were cleaned but were a little shabby inside and could do with the odd touch up here and there (probably due to the business of the resort). - I imagine it would be very difficult for someone with mobility difficulties or bringing a baby in a heavy pram as it is a very hilly resort and can be slippy when they are washing the pavements and roads. Tips - - I would bring mosquito spray as they seem to come alive at night and bite especially at the entertainment, my whole family were bitten. - You need to pay for the safe in the room, beds by the pool, drinks by the pool as a deposit and towels should you need to hire them. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thank the staff!

A hotel with its own zoo & waterpark on site, what more could you ask for? Accommodation was clean & comfortable with individual lodges. The food was good for the all inclusive style & the staff were fantastic. The only negative was cold pools

The hotel is great! I definitely recommend visiting and staying at the hotel. Everyone is always cheerful and willing to help. I was quite impressed by Eleonora, the barman who works in the pool area close to reception. She produced wonderful cocktails and served me professionally and quickly. The cleanest also came out on top. There are a variety of places to dine. The food was fresh and delicious.

Well what can I say this place has it all- arrived at lunchtime and yes you can’t get in until 5pm but if your lodge is ready they ring you, got our wristbands straight away so could enjoy lunch, drinks and the pool etc. - The lodge was lovely very spacious and clean the mini fridge filled daily is a nice bonus and the shower was amazing. -The buffet restaurant is your standard all inclusive not always piping hot but there was always something to eat we are not fussy so enjoyed the food. - The a la carte meat and Italian were lovely especially the meat. - The water park was just great and the fact you can use your all inclusive was fab. The zoo was what you can expect from a zoo. Yes there are flies but your by a zoo to be expected but never in the restaurant, the pool area was lovely always kept clean. There is a games room so our 12 year old was happy and football courts. The staff work really hard on such a big site to keep it clean we had no issues. It’s not perfect but not far from it for an all inclusive family resort well worth the money
