Aparthotel Milord's Suites

The rooms are big and perfect for what we needed, in an area that is ideal for beach, shopping, restaurants etc. The staff make this hotel, all are fabulous but a special mention to Patricia that we mainly dealt with sorting everything we needed for our trip. We payed the extra for a balcony and sea view, a little pricey but we felt it worth the cost. We have already booked to come back next year which will be the first time we have ever returned to a hotel.

We had an apartment on the 4th floor with sea view for 2 weeks , all of the reception staff were lovely and Patricia really helpful getting a mobilty scooter sorted , apartments were clean and furnished with all you’d need , ideal spot and over milords express cafe , we made friends with the staff there too , and had a nightly night cap before going to our room , my only gripe is sunbeds being dragged round early morning on the roof terrace which was above us and inconsiderate guests slamming doors at 2 in the morning when they came in … but the staff cant control that .

The best time ever. From the minute we arrived which was late, check-in, apartment was lovely. So glad we got the seafront view. All staff were lovely. Very handy having the restaurant downstairs. View from the roof terrace fab. Definitely we would stay again or recommend friends & family to stay there

Very clean receptionist are lovely flory and Patricia are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, and the cafe outside sells amazing cakes 🧁 fantastic location right at the end of the old town

Have just returned from a week at the apartments and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Had room 403, which has a sea view from the balcony, and where you can spend time chilling out and people watching when the sun gets a bit too much. Ideal location in the Old Town, but close enough to the New Town to allow quick and easy access. All of the staff were particularly friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception with the dark hair and glasses, whose name I never found out. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, & have all the facilities required, including those who prefer self catering. Having only recently discovered the attractions of Benidorm, I will definitely return and Milord's Suites is where I'll stay.

Stayed here for 6 days myself and my Mother. The apartments are very clean spacious and cooking facilities are a bonus. The staff the whole team were very pleasant and helpful. The location is directly next to Pointe beach 50 meter away so close to Old Town shops etc. taxi rank directly outside on the road to your right if you want to venture to New Town. However if your fit it’s easy walk. . The views from the roof terrace are amazing where you can sun launch in the sun trap. Just note when you book if you want a sea view you have to be specific. Cannot fault the apartments or the staff. I will defiantly be staying again. Well done Milordes.
