Where do I start, what a fab hotel. We arrived at 2am the 4 of us. Delighted we had rooms next to each other. Staff welcoming and informative. Room was large, fabulous comfy beds. Mugs and tea, coffee in room. Free safe. We were very impressed. After a lovely night's sleep, we went for breakfast. Staff lovely, in restaurant. Buffet style breakfast. Choice fab. Cereals, English breakfast, fresh fruit and juices. Again mugs in dining room, not silly cups. English tea and sausages. Food plentiful and such a well organised dining room. Everything was available. Especially happy, the hotel had my lactose free and alternative milk. 10/10 for breakfast. Pool lovely, a little bit shaded, but hotel can't help surrounding buildings. Free sunbeds and very comfy. Lunch buffet again. Great choice, even English crisps... never ever had this before. Great with our fresh rolls. Dinner, had show cooking and again food fabulous. Every member of staff in this hotel, from reception to the restaurant friendly and genuinely happy to help you. Brilliant stay, most definitely would return. We never had any noise from other rooms and we all said we slept so well. On the last day, our luggage stored and curtesy shower available . This hotel was amazing 5 mins from old Benidorm. Great location. This hotel is brilliant, just keep doing what you are doing.

Have just returned from a week's stay at the RH Victoria which we booked based on other reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly. The rooms are a very good size and the beds and pillows were so comfy, you cannot hear any noise from other rooms. We had an issue with our air con on the first night, couldn’t get it to work, mentioned it when we went down in the morning and it was promptly sorted. The pool is on the small side and yes the sun loungers are in the shade for quite a bit of the day but it’s a five minutes walk to Levante beach where you get the sun all day and have the Mediterranean to swim in (with the fish ). We were in room 205 and had views of the mountains and the sea from our balcony. Would definitely recommend and if we visit Benidorm again, wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel.

Had an 11 night stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is superb - just a few minutes from the old town (our favourite place) and about 15 minutes to the different world that is the new town (plenty of bars etc on the way to the thick of it). The hotel is sooooo clean. Bedrooms are as described. Air on and safe included. There’s a fridge and a kettle and tea/ coffee/ sugar replenished every day. Beds really comfortable. There’s a ‘proper’ hairdryer too but (and this is my only very minor gripe) you could only really use it and/or hair straighteners from the bathroom plug socket as the only (very nice full length) mirror is at the far end of the room, outside the bathroom and there’s no other plug sockets anywhere near it. Pool area nice/always clean and could always get a lounger. Food was good (superb salad bar) and I’m sure even the fussiest of eaters could find something. Lifts - we were only on the 5th floor and whilst we had to wait longer at mealtimes I would say the longest we were ever kept waiting was 5 minutes - what’s the rush? Bear in mind though that they don’t take a lot of weight so if you’re a family you may not all be able to get in together if there are other people in the lift! Remember - patience is a virtue Thanks RH Victoria for a wonderful stay - we’ll definitely return if we visit Benidorm again

1st visit to this hotel 11/06/24 to 18/06/24 absolutely amazing hotel. Staff exceptional and always happy, smiling and pleasant. Food had plenty of choice for everyone and well presented. I had room 1507 view stunning and room excellent, only complaint was the bidet was approximately 6 inches away from the w/c and awkward to manoeuvre around. I have walking disability and hotel arranged for me to hire a mobility scooter to aid me in getting around. Old town very close by and easy to access. Visited both beach’s and seafront. Wouldn’t hesitate to return for a slightly longer visit next time and highly recommend this hotel .

We went for a week all inclusive. Fantastic staff, great rooms etc and the best wine we have had in a all inclusive hotel in Spain! I am vegetarian so it was OK, but my husband enjoyed the meat options. We enjoyed a few nights listening to the entertainment, which was mainly Spanish which was fine. We watched some some lovely dancing, and my husband being Scottish he tried some Spanish dancing, which went down well! Fab hotel in a great location.

Lovely hotel, clean and staff all very friendly. Excellent location for old and new town. Rooms very quiet and very comfy beds. We only stayed B&B but there was an excellent choice of pastries, fruit and the usual cooked stuff too. Always sunbeds available so no need to rush down in the morning but I’d recommend getting to breakfast before 10 as it gets busy and the food not replenished as quick! We will definitely be retuning to this hotel.

This was our first visit at RH Victoria Hotel. We did have a lovely few days holiday and our room was lovely. We had a sitting area off the bedroom, which was handy for storing luggage, but we didn’t use the sofa. Unfortunately we noticed a stain which looked like a cigarette burn on the sofa. We were on the 18th floor.. we had a beautiful view and could see the sea and part of Benidorm, but not being keen so high up, we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the balcony. The room was kept clean and fresh towels every day. The beds were very very comfortable. The pool area however isn’t used much due to the surrounding buildings causing it to be shaded from the sun. However, the beach is close by and sun loungers available all day for 6 euros. Having stayed in the Presidente Hotel, we always enjoyed the pool area and their snack bar at lunchtime. So we were disappointed even the bar at front of the hotel only offered a very plain ham cheese toastie. Nothing else. The location is perfect for the old town though and we enjoyed it for that reason. Handy to Tapas Alley etc. breakfast was excellent and always kept food topped up.

We have just returned from a week here with our teenage Son. We booked direct with the hotel and booked a Happy Family room which is great if you have older kids who want their own space - you literally get two separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom (only one balcony). The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom didn't look like it had been modernised but it was spacious, clean and functional. We booked all inclusive and when we arrived were given gold all inclusive instead of the standard blue wrist bands. This meant we got branded spirits, bottled beers / soft drinks and also red bull. The restaurant had probably the smallest selection of hot food of any hotel we have stayed in whilst in Benidorm but on all other than 1 day we didn't struggle to find something we liked. The staff in the hotel were excellent, especially the reception and bar staff. As per other reviews the only real negative was the pool situation. If you're planning on lounging round the pool all day you'll probably be disappointed as the pool only got the sun for a few hours in the afternoon. The upstairs terrace got it for a couple of hours longer but still not all day. Also when we visited the pool bar was shut meaning the bar was up a flight of stairs and walk to the other side of the hotel. No issue for us but those with mobility problems may not appreciate that. Hotel location is great, close to the beach, old town and *****. There are some small bars close to the hotel which were decent and a slightly bigger bar called winners a little bit further away. All showed sport and had good priced drinks. Whilst this hotel won't be for everyone we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here in September as a group of friends. Age range between 30 and 68 so a wide range. The hotel is at the end of levante beach just before the old town so a great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance. The old town is brilliant and a much more relaxed chill out vibe. The rooms are clean and spacious with a large bathroom and shower. AC worked fine when we were there. Food was fine without being spectacular but has something for everyone. A but repetitive by the end if the week. Staff are lovely and always very helpful which is a credit to the hotel. The only negative we could report is that the pool is often in the shade as the hotel is overlooked by other tall hotels. The pool is fine but if you are looking for all day sun then that could be an issue. Overall a great stay and the price is well worth it for what you get. Would definately stay again.
