Absolutely fantastic hotel . Lots of great facilities to entertain children in the winter . Fantastic outdoor park for hours of play , indoor soft play also . The heated indoor swimming pool blew us away as we didn’t realise there was one ! Open until 7pm for an evening swim and spa facilities. Lovely breakfast included and really spacious room . We had a great time Thankyou 5/5

Beautiful bed and pillows and room , water pressure wasn't that great.we went bed and breakfast food was below average with scrabble eggs watered down baked beans . Dinner wasn't to my liking at all 4 days stay I enjoyed 1 dinner!! Staff @ restaurant clearing plates while we were still eating .and no soft drink at dinner unless brought . For a 4 star hotel .I was left dissatisfied and disappointed 😞

Very clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. A little out of the way as we expected but it wasn't a problem as we could get the bus from outside the hotel to Altea or Benidorm centre (cost 70 cents if you have a bus card). The walk to the sea front took us 20 - 30 minutes. The food as many people have commented is not to everyone's taste but there was always something. We were on half board but found the dinner starting at 7.30 pm a little late for us. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom and comfortable beds. Was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews but we would stay again.

2nd visit to this super hotel, I asked if I could stay in the same room as on my last visit (3303) super room but this time I was unlucky to have a screaming child who kept me awake most of the night (not the hotels fault) and then decided to throw his toys over to my balcony. I did request a move if possible. The following day I moved to a much better location and had a great relaxing time away. The hotel is a good 10min (fast) walk to the indoor market so you are local to “The *****” a super looking hotel, I was B&B only and I found the breakfast to be fine for me with plenty to choose from, there was a microwave that I used to warm up my bacon and sausages. Result…The room had a fridge but no kettle so I took my own with T-bags & sugar, us English like a tea in the morning…I rented a E- bike for 5 days, the hotel had a secure garage to park your bike and charge the battery (all free)…would I stay again, yes I would…Thanks Team Hotel Delois

Went for half term. Had a room for three adults which was spacious and cleaned daily . We have stayed in Benidorm a few times now for us it was great as away from the centre a nice walk to the beach not far to Cami cove train station as we like to travel around. We had to buy a cap to use the indoor pool which was 3 euros each. Pool was cold outside however we did use this as found it invigorating. Traveled with my husband and son we found the male staff at bar and restaurant very helpful. There was always something there that we enjoyed to eat. If you want warmer food there is also a microwave available. Enjoyed our stay.

The beds are really comfortable and rooms are very clean. Food is good and good value for money. A little bit of a walk from the beach but a quiet area. Heated indoor swimming pool and massive games room for kids. Plenty of places to eat and there is entertainment in the evenings. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable and was cleaned each day. The pool area was well maintained and we never had any issues sourcing sun loungers, the pool was very cold when getting in, it is entertaining watching people get in u til they are used to the water temperature lol. Unfortunately, in October the roof top pool is not open, so we did not have the opportunity to see the views from there, which would have been spectacular. All staff were very approachable and willing to help. Unfortunately, we did experience a couple of things which would have made our stay even better. 1. The evening entertainment was very poor, not a lot of variety and poor quality. However, we did venture out in the evenings to the local town which was amazing. Easy to go to and from. 2. The restaurant food, although there was a variety, the food was often cold or like warm and not very appetising. However, the food from the snack bar at the pool was very nice as it was cooked fresh.

I was a bit dubious after reading some reviews after booking but there was nothing I could fault. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast choice was vast I’m sure even the fussiest of eaters could find something here there was some of everything from cold meats to salmon, fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast. The main pool area was clean and very peaceful. (The rooftop pool was shut) although we didn’t use it the children’s pool annd play area was lovely for little ones (under 8s I’d say ) About 30 mins walk to beach and 7 euros for taxi back although there was a bus stop right outside hotel. It suited us to not be “in the thick of it” and it was a pleasant stroll down. Overall An enjoyable stay

The hotel itself is great very clean and functional and what you would expect. But vague on a lot of things how to connect to the internet and certain things you would need to know but a really strange place in that respect. Pool,Bar,Caffe Bar were all good and the staff there were great. Restaurant absolutely abysmal no staff ever came over and asked if you would like drinks happened once when I was trying a pudding so put me off even more very rude and abrupt I thought it was me but there was 8 of us and all said the same tried different days but made no difference at all and the variety of food was poor in my eyes and when you have elderly people coming in for there dinner and having to go to a dirty table is out of order and they sat there got there own cutlery and sat with dirty plates in front of them I felt very sad for them out of order really not a **** experience in my opinion.
