The location if you are looking for the beach and tranquility is perfect, but if you are looking for the noise of the party and so on, we are already talking about 3 km from the hotel. The only drawback that I would put is the food, little variety for a 4-star hotel. Of course, the spectacular views and panoramic elevator! Pdt: improve the issue of food please; Also take advantage of those tables that you have to put more variety of food and not repeat the same food on each side of the buffet.

Out of 10 I really liked this hotel and its very friendly staff, the pool and my favorite mojitos, the very comfortable bed, the super spacious shower, everything was great, I would return a thousand times 😁

Magnificent service as well as the facilities, the food, could be improved some lunchtime, but very good, and always great attention at reception, and hoping to return next year. Only request, more soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

We had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.

Great hotel with all the facilities you will need for a relaxing stay and if you want more the bus into the old town goes from outside and you can stroll around the tapas bars, he complaint I heard the most was the food was only warm because of safety but use the microwave and you get hot

Arrived about 10ish VERY impressive hotel, lovely and clean, everything sign posted. Checked in promptly by the lovely friendly informative receptionist. Loads of lifts so no waiting, the glass lifts are Brill! Rooms are as described on website, I found bed comfy so had lovely sleeps. The shower is the best I've had abroad. Had a little problem with safe and the lovely Pedro sorted us straightaway Veiws are out of this world, we was floor 22 amazing! We went to Sky Bar to WOW. All inclusive drinks were served in Glass and were very large measures.. Perfect! The bar people were all lovely and friendly. Food was lovely no complaints at all.. the chorizo sausage was delicious. There are 2 restaurants to choose from also separate restaurant in day for snacks. The whole complex outside is very impressive, loads of room and sunbeds, several pools to choose from, children's play area, even a 1300 room to get married in Beach just down the hill, promenade all way to old town and Benidorm that we walked most days. We loved our time here so ignore the negative reviews, will definitely come back soon. P.S Thank you for the lovely Birthday card and chocolates for my partner it's a lovely touch. We enjoyed our stay here on the most part, the staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and very well maintained, we were very lucky as our room was lovely with a fantastic view, it was also cleaned every day throughout our stay. It was in an ideal position for us as we didn’t want to be in the centre of Benidorm but it was only a short bus ride away or 30 min walk to the old town. For a hotel the drink prices were brilliant and if you put money on your room cards at the bar you receive a discount on drinks which saves you some money which we thought was great. We were bed and breakfast and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. Unfortunately during our stay there were numerous children’s sports teams staying at the hotel, these children seemed to be allowed to run riot throughout the hotel and there didn’t seem to be any one keeping an eye on them, the constant running up and down corridors, playing football in the corridors and messing with the lifts was ridiculous and was commented on by quite a few of the other guests, the children (and whoever the adults were who were looking after them) had no consideration at all for any other guests at the hotel. Whilst we realise that this isn’t completely the hotels fault I do think they should keep this in mind for the future as it could cause complaints from other guests which would be a shame. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again but would probably avoid staying on the dates we stayed this year which included the second to last weekend in June.

Horrific On arrival at about 3 O’clock in the morning we were given a room on the 26 floor we had requested a lower floor.The rude female changed the room for room 12 on the first floor.We we’re happy with this until we noticed the beds hadn’t been made up and the room was not cleaned.A male member of staff came to the room shrugged and walked away.We had to sleep on a mattress protector I tried to speak to a manager but I think they were all hiding.I have enclosed photos what was in a cupboard in our room.

We absolutely loved our trip to the Bali. The staff were very friendly. The food was great and the pools and pool area was always clean and tidy. Can't wait to go back again. Five stars is not enough for the Bali. Reception was always helpful,I don't know what else to say. Love it

Hotel is friendly and even though busy it has a relaxed atmosphere. The pool area isn't open until 10am so no silly reserving sunbeds at daft o clock. We were bed n breakfast and food was great. Plenty of choice and cooked lovely. The staff are really polite and helpful. It's situated in the old town part of Benidorm, taxi rank right outside and cost 12 Euros to the *****. Would definitely stay here again.

My experience at the hotel on arrival I was told that you could only accommodate one of us on the lower floors. I had already emailed you and made sure that you could accommodate us and put us all together. I was put on the second floor my friends were put on the ninth floor the room you put me in with where all the air-conditioning units were outside. It was the most unpleasant week. I spent the week most of the time with my mattress on the floor in the bathroom because of the noise, from the generators that were outside I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were unhelpful. The music was played constantly and so loud you could hardly hear yourself think so if you’re looking for a restful holiday, I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is restaurants where we got gluten free options. Stuff at the restaurant was attentive and knowledgeable. Hotel itself is definitely not 4 stars. Rooms are from 90-s with old furniture and scrapped bathrooms. You have to wait lifts for 5-10 minutes every morning. One pool was closed with some dirty fabrics and not working. Subbed around d the pool are also from 90-s, at least they need to be changed as they are dirty. Cleaning lady took my nightgown together with the laundry and I never got it back. It disappeared. No apologises whatsoever. Not even late departure was possible at the day of our return. Long lines to reception always.
