Great hotel with all the facilities you will need for a relaxing stay and if you want more the bus into the old town goes from outside and you can stroll around the tapas bars, he complaint I heard the most was the food was only warm because of safety but use the microwave and you get hot

Arrived about 10ish VERY impressive hotel, lovely and clean, everything sign posted. Checked in promptly by the lovely friendly informative receptionist. Loads of lifts so no waiting, the glass lifts are Brill! Rooms are as described on website, I found bed comfy so had lovely sleeps. The shower is the best I've had abroad. Had a little problem with safe and the lovely Pedro sorted us straightaway Veiws are out of this world, we was floor 22 amazing! We went to Sky Bar to WOW. All inclusive drinks were served in Glass and were very large measures.. Perfect! The bar people were all lovely and friendly. Food was lovely no complaints at all.. the chorizo sausage was delicious. There are 2 restaurants to choose from also separate restaurant in day for snacks. The whole complex outside is very impressive, loads of room and sunbeds, several pools to choose from, children's play area, even a 1300 room to get married in Beach just down the hill, promenade all way to old town and Benidorm that we walked most days. We loved our time here so ignore the negative reviews, will definitely come back soon. P.S Thank you for the lovely Birthday card and chocolates for my partner it's a lovely touch. Not sure where to start with this review apart from please do not be pulled in by reviews that say this is a great hotel, food is fantastic, service is fab! Well its not that great....We came for a 30th Birthday celebration and don't get me wrong the hotel is lovely and nice. Our room was big with a balcony and great view. We stayed in hotel 1 floor 10. The lifts are at times slow and you feel like your waiting around for some time. Yes there are stairs however if you can't manage them be prepared for a wait. So we arrived and checked in and told times for the various restaurants and snack bars. There was no mention of what was and was not included regarding drinks, water etc but we figured we'd find that out once we had got sorted. Well down we went to meet our friends who arrived prior to us to be told that things like slushes and ice creams and water had to be paid for. Not being funny but if I had come with children I'd be running out of money fast due to this as that's all kids eat and drink. So first night goes without any hiccups, off out for a meal at a local restaurant then back to the hotel to finish the night. Heads down for breakfast and was met by a rude chef when I asked for an omelette. He poured the eggs onto the hot plate and then it was nearly cooked he folded it up and tried to put it on my plate but I asked him to cook longer - he slapped it back down and said something to me but I couldn't understand him. He put it back on my plate and off I went to try it, I picked my way around it as I felt it still wasn't cooked properly, I mean the eggs fried where slimy and snotty so I didn't hold up much hope for my omelette. Dinner time comes around and we went to the restaurant and well there is not much choice in food. If your fussy you may as well go find a little cafe that will cater to your needs. Again if you have children be prepared to eat at the snack bar because the restaurant does not cater for these either. Multiple times I just had chips and gravy due to the lack of choice. I did try some of the various food on offer however it was bland or overcooked. That first day I ended up really poorly and I am going to blame the egg I had for breakfast. I was doubled over in pain, sick and feverish. I ended up flushing my system with 2 litres of water in just an hour hoping this would help clear it out. The staff in the restaurant can be rude at times. They would ignore some of us when asking what drinks we would like. They would go away and not return for 15 minutes and then when we would ask about our drinks they would off with no apology. Couldn't understand how at dinner and evening meal you could get a whole bottle of wine however you weren't allowed a bottle of water. The Spanish guests though appeared to get a bottle of wine and bottles of water but we had to use the machine for water. I inquired at the reception as you can upgrade to premium all inclusive which states premium spirits, premium beers, bottled water, bottled so
