Hotel Mayna

Terrible 2 star hotel. I wouldn't even give 1 star. Terrible and very poor food with very little choice. No room cleaning, small and dilapidated balcony. The hotel had neither a hall nor a common room, all definitely in need of renovation. I would say that as an experience, it was really "negative". We will never go back again....... The only positive note, the position in relation to the sea, excellent (that's all).

The worst you can find in Benidorm... Terrible food and little variety. Now if you want to come and be warm this is your place, because the air conditioning has a schedule from 2 pm to 4 am. And on top of that they turn it off before. Cleaning at 2:20 in the afternoon. Terrible what a vacation!!!!

We are in the hotel and the cleanliness and the food are very good, great value for money, very friendly treatment by everyone, to return. We have been in hotels with more stars and there is not so much difference. The best location.

I have stayed many times in this hotel, every time I went to Benidorm I chose it because of the location and the staff that works there. It has many shortcomings or inconveniences (A.A. hours, old furniture, bathrooms destroyed by use, noisy, stale bread, repetitive lunches and dinners) but due to the staff that works there it is compensated, above all, by certain people at the reception and waiters (Isabel and Ivan ) ....the treatment is friendly and familiar, every time I have gone they have made me feel close and cared for. But this year, being the second time I stayed, I had an incident with a person at the reception called Aaron, nothing at all professional, he was very unpleasant in his treatment and manners, arrogance and defiance. Everything that this hotel has given me over the years this guy has thrown away. I won't stay there again because of it.
