Hotel is good and clean in a good location but there's a huge difference between single room and all other room categories and that wasn't mentioned..
The single room is quite small and with window.. Which doesn't match at all with the room rate i've paid.

The room is well-equipped and of moderate size. The breakfast is good and the front desk service is very good. It is a little far from the beach, but very close to the park and the old town. Overall, it feels pretty good!

We had a lovely week at the hotel. Friendly staff. Great food and drink Entertainment staff were fantastic. Pools kept very clean. Snack bar and pool bar were fab too. Wish we could return we didn’t want to leave. Evening entertainment was varied. Rooms were clean. Plenty of towels and bedding. AC did struggle in the 35c+ heat but reception kindly lent us a fan. Special mention to Jorge in the bar. Luna and Rocina in the Entertainment Team and Marilela the Lifeguard. Hope to see you in 2026

Lovely hotel, friendly staff in every department, very clean, breakfast was really nice, chef cooked eggs any way you wanted them, beds really comfy, only a 5-10 min walk into old town, all in all, really good experience, thanks and well done to all the staff.

Our 2nd visit & once again a perfect holiday from start to finish.. rooms & whole hotel is cleaned to a very high standard..food hot & plentiful, a huge selection of hot & cold buffet we never went Hungry.. got a Gift room & definitely worth upgrading to gold.. once again a perfect holiday thanks to all the staff.. keep up the good work.. booked next year already

A very welcoming, well presented & kept hotel. Arrived late after flight delay & was only ones dropped off but was greeted by Fran who was outstanding throughout our stay. Had a bagged welcome pack with food etc waiting for us. It's a decent walk down to the beach & reasonable stroll into the old town. Food was OK & like their flexible half board policy. Prefer a restaurant style than canteen but was a decent selection but bit repeative. Great no towels on sunbeds situation but that's helped by the concrete jungle surrounding that means constant movement of sun & shaded areas at different times. Wouldn't rule out a return if right deal ce up but be bit be nicer if nearer beachfront. Not been Beni for over 30 years and was pleasantly surprised how much areas have improved can see why gets year on year regulars.

We stayed for a week, beds and pillows are comfortable, room was a bit too small ,same with wadrobe, not much room. Naima was cleaning our room and she is doing great job. Food was good , sometimes oversalted sometimes without any seasoning at all for exsample rice and soups were tasteless , depends of different chefs in kitchen. Nice pool area for kids. Adults pool is too small. We didn't use pools as we came to sea side so we preffer sea. Staff in hotel hardly speak english but polite and cherfull. Location is great, close to shops and 10 minuts walk to the beach. Not only turists area, mixed with local people and really really overcrowded streets in the evening.

Clean rooms, great location, really good family atmosphere, food was good, friendly staff, shops & bars on your door step, big super market 5 min walk, close to old town… Took my 2 year old & she loved it. Everyone was Friendly & was happy atmosphere. Definitely recommend for people with families. I’d go half board & have breakfast & lunch then go for food near by as you have the choice of so many places. Will visit this hotel again in the future.
