Great staff very helpful and prices were good. Hotel overall was OK clean and quirky. Beds comfortable and large walkin shower you got a kettle in the room but no cups coffee ect. But location not very good for us. It was in the middle of the residencal bit of town. Parking was a nightmare as everywhere is residential only if you do manage to find a blue parking space you have to top up ever few hours. We ended up parking in a car park at an Extra cost of €22 hotel pool is across the road.

Just stayed her3 for 4 nights..friendly staff..has fake turf and a small pool on the 6th floor..where also a other pool at ground level available for use across the road. The rooms are nice, a lot of choice at breakfast time, a modern looking Hotel Just a bit out of the way than my usual choice but a good price.its a 10 minuted walk to beach

Booked a standard hotel room , while checking the details , it said may have balcony or window . I rang the hotel direct to check that I had a balcony . Was told it did . When arrived , didn’t have a balcony , returned to reception to see if I could pay to upgrade , no rooms available , to return the next day . Did and same conversation , the view from the window said overlooking a courtyard , it wasn’t it faced straight onto 4 other windows in a block .I paid to upgrade to all inclusive but the dip pool on the roof which was a big bath wasn’t great so was told we could use the pool in a hotel around the corner but we could not obtain drinks there and would have to return back to hotel Cuco when I needed one ! There is no outside seating at all , even on an evening I eventually booked another hotel so I could actually sit outside on an evening and didn’t feel like I was stuck in a dingy room . The light one the wall was flashing on and off. , and the hairdryer kept cutting out .

Excellent modern hotel friendly staff, buffet food great plenty of options daily….. 20min walk to beach and shops… only downside no tea/coffee or cups but kettle was provided… hairdryer in bathroom and had area in lobby for ironing if needed

Paid £400 for 5 nights including flights as a package holiday this includes the hotel obviously as well as all inclusive well worth the price and the location could be better but it's still a great location about 5mins walk maximum from the front I'm the type of person that likes to be close but not to close so well worth every penny 👍

Take ear plugs!!!!! My parter heard the man next door sneeze a few times said bless you and the man replied thank you. The whole floor might as well been a dorm you can hear EVERYTHING. You can also hear everything that happens on the surrounding streets even with the door/windows closed. The hotel room was clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and was replenished regularly. Very confused by the kettle in the room as there were no cups, spoons or any ingredients or tea or coffee! Pool was closed and the rooftop bar wasn’t open at all during our stay. I would say it is in desperate need of repair. Broken tiles, underfoot, ripped astroturfing and broken sun beds. All in all we won’t be back it just not worth not sleeping

Nice hotel, but out of the way but not too much out of the way, laundry says it has but then I was told know at the desk and to go down the street, roof top ok, but shown a pool and it was nothing like that in person like a big bath but that was nothing in use the week I when and the roof top bar did not open once, as I hole I can’t fault as it nice hotel clean and friendly but the other thing I thing it’s because I went out of Season if I’m hotel March 9th -14th, food was nice something for everyone, get so ****** loud and till 6am and that was 3 of the night out of 5 night I stayed
