Aparthotel Bcl Levante Beach

What can i say? These apartments are great,very spacious,modern and in a good location,not too far away from the action,but far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep. Beds are so comfy. Staff are so nice,can't speak highly enough of them. Next to reception is an ample stocked bar and very reasonably priced. All in all,a fab stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great hotel/apartments. Rooms were spotlessly clean, as was all parts of the hotel. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if you want a great hotel at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be returning soon.

Visited for 3 nights during fiesta week. The hotel was modern inside and looked like it had recently been updated it was a lovely room with lots of plates and cooking facilities. I had a couple of issues the first was that the room wasn’t cleaned while we were there and we had to use the same 2 towels for 4 days. The other problem was the other guests on our landing. We had screaming and shouting, lights being turned on banging of doors at 3.00am. We had to listen to an altercation between the guests in the next room and aggressive behaviour from the group next door and swearing and shouting as not being let in room. Food thrown all over the landing and knocking on door all three nights. I booked on the understanding that there would be no same sex groups. I understand that there were lots of groups but I would have preferred it if the hotel would say that they accept same sex groups. If I knew I would have booked somewhere else which is a shame as it’s in a perfect location. Really sorry but won’t be returning.

We stayed here for 7 days in the studio room at Levante Beach Apartments and not Levante Club Apartments (which were across the road). The wee studio room was ideal and immaculate. Comfy bed and pillows. We requested extra pillows and light quilt and it came to us immediately. Fairly quiet except for the constant noise from other apartments above and below moving the chairs. Big tv, aircon/heating and safe in room. No hairdryer or iron. These can be asked for from reception for deposit. Great laundry facilities (washer/dryer) in basement along with locked room to leave your suitcases. 10am in our opinion is FAR too early to checkout. 12pm is more the norm. Only thing to let our room down (2C) is the state of the corners of tiled areas in shower. Silicone is all brown n dirty and needs rescraped and redone, whilst opposite corner has massive gap and no filling done at all. Reception staff and cleaning staff are lovely as is reception areas. If you are disabled, we were advised scooter (individual ones) can be hired but must be charged across road at Levante Club Apartments as there is no room to manoeuvre them in here down ramp. Would definitely come back to Levante Beach Apartments. Great area for exploring Benidorm Levante, Old Town, buses to Albir/Altea (STUNNING!!!, a MUST to visit). We were lucky not to be affected by the storm, but truly heartbroken for all who have been affected in Valencia and other areas of Spain. Fully recommend these apartments. %, ❤️

Negatives Shower hose lost water so wet floor in bathroom used lot of towels every day. Would have liked late check out or even to pay extra to have the room for the day but none was available. Check out is 10 am very early. Bit of a hill on way back to hotel was ok provided you hadnt walked a lot beforehand. Positives Check in fast and easy. Nice Apts Kitchen had oven hob microwave electric kettle and all utensils etc also there was sweeping brush mop and clothes airer on the balcony Bed was comfy pillows were good too. Best food nearby was The Grand National pub down the hill and across toward the beach. Really nice . Extra towels linen etc can be gotten from reception anytime . There was a room for luggage at reception and a shower room on complex for departure day. Staff were lovely

We visited in September for a week in a two bedroom apartment,it was great. Really good size apartment with a big balcony. Just a short walk from the beach and a good size supermarket close by . When we were there there was no big groups and the pool area was mostly quiet . Nice pool area ,always clean ,like the apartment. A mirror on a wardrobe door would be a great addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will be booking again for next year .
