A great suprise
Very enjoyable stay, room clean and more than adequate. Great view of the promenade and beach. Breakfast perfect they offer everything you can wish for.

Struggled with my case and bag no assistance
Staff no Reception desk and security after being delayed almost 5 hours….

Barcelo Benidorm
Lovely Hotel, perfectly situated in old town Benidorm on the sea front. Very modern & clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very impressive. all in all an excellent hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location to everything you need. Hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and caters for everyone. Rooms are great and the views on to the beach are amazing.

hotel is in a fantastic location, very tastefully decorated, let down by staff on the front desk, very slow at check in - over an hour wait- and also very unhelpful when some first aid assistance was required - AC in room not the best but ok, lifts also have a mind of their own but did make this a running joke.

Just loved the fantastic rooftop pool and bar. Amazing view.
The hotel looked so new and clean, and the breakfast vas very good.

Rooms were not cleaned. Pkates in the restaurant were very dirty and had to pick and choose the clean plates during breakfast.
