Everything has been wonderful, the meals are very good (due to my transplant issue I have a series of limitations, which have been wonderfully attended to) the staff is fantastic, I have nothing but gratitude. It is a very familiar hotel, surely we will continue spending our vacations for many more years. I want to highlight Clara Eugenia in particular for always being aware of my diet and I don't want to forget the rest, Mari Carmen reception and colleagues, dining room staff, cleaning staff, for the whole family and especially a big hug for Paco.

Staff generally polite and correct, except for one of the workers who served us at breakfast. When I checked-in, I asked at the reception if they had gluten-free products for breakfast, and they said no problem. I warned that I was not celiac because I understand that in the kitchen they take special care with these people. And the next morning, when I asked for these products in the dining room, they told me that I had to notify them (I had already done so the night before...) Even so, they brought me a tray with several things. I went to toast my gluten-free bread and out of nowhere a worker appeared who treated me frankly badly. She rebuked me for toasting the bread in the toaster where everyone else does, and for asking for gluten-free products without being celiac. She literally told me that if I didn't die eating gluten they didn't have to buy me things because according to her I don't eat gluten because I don't want to. And it's also a nuisance to travel 60 km to buy 50 or 60 things just for me. nor show my medical history to a worker. Because if they had told me that they didn't have gluten-free products, I would have gone to have breakfast somewhere else (despite the fact that breakfast was included) or I would have bought my own bread in a supermarket. The truth is that they had never treated me so badly .
