Family hotel that has been modernized while maintaining a fresh air. The rooms are ok for a three star hotel. The magnificent attention. The impressive pool. You eat well at the buffet. Free parking and important: dog friendly.

Everything has been wonderful, the meals are very good (due to my transplant issue I have a series of limitations, which have been wonderfully attended to) the staff is fantastic, I have nothing but gratitude. It is a very familiar hotel, surely we will continue spending our vacations for many more years. I want to highlight Clara Eugenia in particular for always being aware of my diet and I don't want to forget the rest, Mari Carmen reception and colleagues, dining room staff, cleaning staff, for the whole family and especially a big hug for Paco.

If what you want is a spacious room with all the services except a fridge that you have to rent, clean, with a great terrace with views of the sea, a bathroom with a good size but a small television, one downside that the room has. Super friendly staff, great food, maybe breakfast is weak for my taste, a great pool with shade and sun to taste, free parking and a family atmosphere. In my opinion, this hotel is more than adequate. I will return without a doubt with my family.

Good afternoon, we are enduring an unbearable smell of fried food from the terrace, you cannot go out and by the way they tell me at reception that there are no views of the sea and well that they offer them, they tell me that they don't know about that, that just as well as another place, the same as the four smoke outlets in the kitchen that overlook the terrace? It doesn't seem like a response to the hotel. The receptionist's response is unpresentable, as is the comment that the room had been previously occupied and they had not said anything, to smell it, ...

Staff generally polite and correct, except for one of the workers who served us at breakfast. When I checked-in, I asked at the reception if they had gluten-free products for breakfast, and they said no problem. I warned that I was not celiac because I understand that in the kitchen they take special care with these people. And the next morning, when I asked for these products in the dining room, they told me that I had to notify them (I had already done so the night before...) Even so, they brought me a tray with several things. I went to toast my gluten-free bread and out of nowhere a worker appeared who treated me frankly badly. She rebuked me for toasting the bread in the toaster where everyone else does, and for asking for gluten-free products without being celiac. She literally told me that if I didn't die eating gluten they didn't have to buy me things because according to her I don't eat gluten because I don't want to. And it's also a nuisance to travel 60 km to buy 50 or 60 things just for me. nor show my medical history to a worker. Because if they had told me that they didn't have gluten-free products, I would have gone to have breakfast somewhere else (despite the fact that breakfast was included) or I would have bought my own bread in a supermarket. The truth is that they had never treated me so badly .

We stayed at this hotel for one night only. The hotel was quiet, clean, the staff very pleasant and the beach very close. The breakfast was nice. Private parking is a big plus if, like us, you rent a car. On the other hand, the swimming pool was very/too cold, too bad :(

Reservé en el hotel y 5 días antes cancelé la reserva por haber tenido un accidente y me cobran el 100% del precio, había pagado todo y no me devuelven nada. Evidentemente no volveré a este hotel en la vida y no lo recomendaría nunca. Así no se hacen clientes.

El hotel está muy bien orilla de la playa solo cruzar la carretera es muy tranquilo,la comida excelente y el personal de 10 ,las instalaciones muy bien la piscina tenía incluso una zona para las mascotas,teníamos media pensión y el buffet era muy completo siempre estaban pendientes de que no faltase nada en todo momento volveremos

Horrible,Pésimo , nefasto , el peor hotel que estado. No se lo recomiendo ha nadie. Cuando nos dan las llaves de la habitación nos dicen que las llaves cada vez que saliéramos de la habitación había que dejarlas en recepción.Solicite la caja fuerte me dicen que son 10€de depósito y 1€ por día les dije que como era posible que si me exigían dejar las llaves porque no proporcionaban la caja fuerte que donde estaba mi privacidad. A lo que me contesto mal educada faltándome el respeto que que insinuaba. A lo que me amenazó que no dejara las llaves pero que si las perdía ya veremos lo que pasaba eso la sra del pelo corto rubia con gafas.La habitación viejísima que olía mal. La terraza con goteras de los aires acondicionados y con olor a cocina de las chimeneas de la cocina. La tele minúscula 15” con un mando que se desprogramaba todos los días y los dos últimos días no nos solucionaron el problema estuvimos sin tele, el colchón malísimo duro malo. La nevera bajo pago.Estoy operada de la espalda y al segundo día no aguante el dolor de espalda que me producía ese Colchon solicité que si por favor me lo podían cambiar por mi problema y su contestación fue que al ser de matrimonio no tenían otro les dije que me daba igual que me pusieran uno individual y me dijeron que no! Que no tenían otro vamos que no quisieron. Tras poner una opinión en internet de todo lo ocurrido la sra directora del hotel no le gustó y a toda costa nos quería hechar del hotel previamente pagado por adelantado xq no le gustó nuestra crítica.son de todo menos profesionales del sector. Prepotentes y mal educados.Un hotel de 3*** que es de 1* si es que llega
