"The hotel is about 10mins by grab from batam centre. If you’re planning to experience Golden go kart, cheap foods, ktv and a night market this is good for you. Bring enough cash for you because the area do not have money changer. The building is looks old but clean. Our room is spacious and clean. They manage to accommodate my request to have connecting room with 1 room twin bed and 1 room with large bed. My son’s enjoyed playing the billiards in the lobby, they charge it with 50,000 rupiah per hour. The breakfast they offer do not have much fancy choices but they taste delicious."

"Place is quaint and set up of rooms makes it fairly private and nice. Rooms of 6 sharing pool means not too crowded at any time & probably great for a big group to share. Location is great being near to seafood restaurant for dinner. Property showing a lot of wear and tear so feels like it’s time for a spruce up of paint and maintenance."

Customer friendly service. The receptionist & the owner of the hotel are very customer friendly. Reasonable price. The hotel location is close to Batam city center."

"The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room."
