晚上辦入住11.30到的，等了40分鐘才辦理，上樓親子房就這種床，要求調換，一直説經理電話打不通，折騰到凌晨1.40，經理來了才解決，（經理態度很好，攜程也積極配合調整，最後給我們加了間大床）但是前台處理事情太墨跡，一直就説自己沒權限，就在那歎氣，打電話給同事主管直接讓我們不滿意就退房，凌晨兩點了，就這個態度，讓我們退房走人，五星酒店，有這個處理事情的態度，讓人印象太差了。上樓休息已經凌晨兩點多，剛睡着，前台又打電話來要身份證號，説沒有登記上，你就不能第二天在要身份證嗎？有沒有考慮過別人站在大廳到凌晨也需要休息。

蚌埠南山豪生酒店住着挺不錯的，連續住了三天，位置絕佳，就在文化廣場旁邊，離商場都很近！設施設備和Joy 服務都很不棒！酒店衞生乾淨，大堂環境香香的，鬧中取靜的氛圍感，下次還會過來

在蚌埠南山豪生酒店入住，酒店環境還挺安靜，一樓大堂有特色的中式美學的感覺，可以喝茶聊聊天，房間住的蠻舒適，衞生也很乾凈，Joy 入住待客這點很細心，房間設施齊備也很好，免費升級了行政樓層，非常感謝贈送了歡迎水果，之後還會來住

房間很大，很乾凈，衞生非常好，而且很安靜，對面是個廣場，晚上很熱鬧，很有生活氣息，非常棒，聽説之前跨年的時候還有煙火秀，沒趕上，下次一定來看看！大堂經理Kitty非常熱情，主動幫我免費升級了房間，服務非常好，真有賓至如歸的感覺，非常滿意！

房間設施很齊全，很乾凈，適合一家三口出行。房間內有電熨斗、電吹風、雨傘等。床軟硬度合適。早餐非常豐富，除了常規菜品外，還有蚌埠sa湯、辣湯、牛肉湯、酒釀圓子等地方名吃。大樓前後均有地面停車位，估計能停放60餘輛車，住宿免費停車。還有地下停車場。與蚌埠會展中心、大劇院、圖書館相鄰，周圍飯店比較多，特別是龍蝦燒烤較多，可能是當地的特色。酒店人員服務態度很好。

凌晨12點多洗澡，水温不行，勉強能洗，淋浴間地漏基本完全堵上，水下不去，沒辦法，水都溢出了，衹能去去浴缸拿着花灑站着洗，住的是套間，卧室的空調關上後依舊送冷風，先後叫了樓層服務員和工程師來，都沒用，説是總控關不掉，無奈加了床被子，昨天本來就有點不太舒服，怕凍感冒。前台打了三次電話，未主動提出換房間，可能節假日房間緊張吧，我因為怕麻煩，夜深人靜的也懶得換房間。這是我第二次住這間酒店，去年體驗還行，設施老舊了一點，其他還行。
