1.環境差，設施老久，你説這酒店十年沒翻新我都信。
2.酒店房間和攜程上的圖片不一致，我定的商務大床房然後給的特價房間，不給退不給換，如果我知道房間是這樣的根本不會定。最搞笑的事酒店人員説商務大床房有窗户，特惠房間沒有窗户，我説我的房間就沒有窗户，她説廁所兩個排氣口就是窗户。
3.酒店前台態度非常差，當我希望他們能給我一個合理的方案的時候，她説她做不了主，然後我説讓能做主的來，她就是不願意，既不解決問題，也不反饋問題。
4.住這個酒店的時候一定要注意檢查你們房間的毛巾，床單上或者被子上有沒有血跡，我使用毛巾的時候才發現上面有一大塊血跡，隨後我檢查了一下床單和被子上都有血跡，當我找酒店人員的時候，她説現在沒有床單和被子換了，就給我換個毛巾，我真的是第一次見到這麼無語的酒店。
希望大家訂酒店的時候能夠擦亮雙眼，不要被無良商家坑害。
