We stopped for a month and then extended for another half a month. The location is magnificent, quiet in the neighborhood, not far from the business area, and close to an incredibly beautiful park. The staff was nice. Breakfast is simple and not much different from day to day. There is a gym. We really liked the room.
What we did not like is that there is a lot of smoking in the corridors and other public places. This is a typical issue in China.

Very bad, really, the carpets are so dirty and the facilities are old. You don't own the parking lot. If you don't go out, you have to go around to the front desk to get your ticket. Breakfast is in the staff canteen. It's all cold. There is a coffee machine but no coffee.
