Great stay! Very comfortable rooms and liked the large pool. Would like to give Ali Sayed a big thank you with helping me to pay a taxi when I didn’t have any rupees. Ali gave me the money from his own pocket when paying on a card was just not an option.

Gym was excellent mr sentil was such a knowledgeable person and helpfull Sauna steam was another best stuff Food was one of best Another best stuff was Elegance of room and it ambience 24x7 soft music was peaceful Pool softest water i ever experience At the end spa was amazing experience which is unforgettable

The Shine Spa continues to consistently deliver a relaxing and professional spa experience. The facilities (sauna, steam, large private massage rooms) and team (Alinna, Naomi, Athela, etc.) are a winning combination. The tea is always a good way to end.

Most impressive person. Suchi who is working lady at breakfast venue. She gives me a lot of good services like as food order, recommendations, feeling of taste. And so kindness personality and hospitality. All of staff are really nice as well. I wanna use here again once I have chance to come to India. And Gym facility is amazing and Susant who is working here was so kindness. Thank you for everything.

If you want to be pampered during your stay, you cannot go wrong with Sheraton Grand. Starting with guest relation team to room service everyone always egar to ensure you have a pleasant stay. During last stay got upgraded to a suit with a great city and garden view. got pleasantly surprised with hand written welcome note ***** with chocolates, fruits and wine. Breakfast spread is super, if you don't find something in the spread, just ask, they will try their best to get that for you. Even during my previous stay with family had a similar experience. Seeing my small kids they sent soft toys, drawing material and other fun stuffs for the kids. Definitely goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Shout out to Sophia from guest relation to help out during my stay.

Nice gym. Great help by Rupam in gym and as well as with steam and sonar. Clean facilities and great food. Stayed here for a week for office work. Office is walking distance. Nice mall opposite to the hotel as well. Breakfast is included in my hotel price. Dinner you can either get ala carte or buffet . Quite rooms with nice view to swimming pool

Hotel is excellent with great staff… hospitality at its finest and what one would expect with the Marriott and Sheraton brand! Rupam from gym was very helpful! The pool is extremely well maintained and the rooms are spacious. Great experience overall
