We stayed at the JW Marriott in Bangalore on November 28th with our family of four to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. Everything about the stay—from the ambience and location to the hospitality, accommodations, breakfast, and the cheerful staff—was exceptional and made our visit truly memorable. A special mention to Bandana, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary even more special. She surprised us with an anniversary cake, cookies, snacks, and thoughtful gifts. Her warm gestures and exceptional attention to detail truly touched us. We deeply appreciate the care she put into ensuring our experience was unforgettable. Overall, our stay at JW Marriott Bangalore was extraordinary. We are already looking forward to our next visit to this wonderful place!

Too many staff in the hitel but no coordination among them. Ordered for a Diwali hamper from their coffeeshop display and was supposed to go out to meet friends at 3 pm...but no body had a clue what we had ordered...the staff simply refused to talk among themselves and asked us to approach front desk and front desk asked us to go to coffee shop saying that the hamper sale is not under their department. Dirty Water dripping inside room vestibule area...shower cubicle door would not close at all and making the while bathroom wet...very bad bath linen quality with Ayurvedic oil smell and very faded, discolored . There were too many staff in all departments but no one was communicating with each other for guest requirements .At the breakfast restaurant there was absolutely no eye contact and had to keep waving for attention...when asked for a finger bowl one staff gave it and after 5 mins when my other family member wanted one the other staff said that they don't have finger bowl in the hotel....overall cannot be a JW ......

I thought my stay at the JW Marriott in Bangalore was absolutely wonderful. They provided me a safe home while attending to my every request and need. Vinay met me every day to help me with my bags at the front car park, Khushi surprised me every day with her flower arrangements in the room while Sonalki and sukhpal provided me my morning coffee every day. Thanks to all the staff for making my extended stay in Bangalore so memorable.

Bandna went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me and my family during our stay . She is the ultimate professional. The hotel is first class and the staff is awesome. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon!
