My recent stay at JW Marriott was so wonderful. It was my home away from home for 8days, and having their fabulous staff made my stay great. I specifically loved the housekeeping services. I was surprised each day with decors that Mahesh had neatly arranged. Very polite and caring young ***! Thank you JW Marriott Bengaluru!!!

We stayed at the JW Marriott for 11 nights. This was our second extended stay within a 14 month period. The location is excellent. We enjoyed morning walks in Cubbon Park and had pleasant evening outings walking to the adjacent UB City mall. The area is very walkable. Transportation is readily available either with auto rickshaw or Uber. The hotel amenities are outstanding. Our room was spacious with a view of the beautiful tree canopy of Cubbon Park. Our room was tended to by Upen in the housekeeping department. He was so attentive and tidied our room at our convenience. He checked with us every evening to see if we needed anything. The room was spotless …. he left welcoming messages for us. Our room was near the elevator yet was very quiet and comfortable. The JW kitchen has an extensive breakfast buffet . The food is delicious. The chef Bipul greeted us daily and often prepared special dishes for us to try. We enjoyed exploring new Indian cuisines. Joyal George, one of the waiters, was very friendly and attentive to our needs every morning. The restaurant manager, Varnit, greeted us often to see if there was anything we needed. He made excellent suggestions for dining. We visited the Executive Lounge in the evenings. The hospitality is outstanding. Nishant , the outstanding manager, knows the guests by name and ensures everyone is happy. His assistant, Sukhpal, was very kind, attentive and hard working. Every experience was positive. The security people do a great job and they are so respectful of everyone. The people at the reception desk aim to please. We were often greeted in the lobby by Bhawna and her genuine smile. It was such an enjoyable stay. We consider it our “home away from home “ when we visit family and friends in India.

We stayed at the JW Marriott in Bangalore on November 28th with our family of four to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. Everything about the stay—from the ambience and location to the hospitality, accommodations, breakfast, and the cheerful staff—was exceptional and made our visit truly memorable. A special mention to Bandana, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary even more special. She surprised us with an anniversary cake, cookies, snacks, and thoughtful gifts. Her warm gestures and exceptional attention to detail truly touched us. We deeply appreciate the care she put into ensuring our experience was unforgettable. Overall, our stay at JW Marriott Bangalore was extraordinary. We are already looking forward to our next visit to this wonderful place!
