Nice hotel, comfortable room, clean, good wifi, free parking just outside. Nice restaurant with good food (we had booked an evening meal) and very friendly staff. There is nothing much to do in Bendorf, we took a walk through a park and looked at the castle, but that was quickly done. Good for an overnight stay. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.

Everything was great. A successful weekend stay with perfect hosts. The hotel with its beautiful rooms surprised us in a very positive way. The evening visit to the restaurant was simply great...food at a Michelin star level and a wine list with around 500 items that is second to none. We will be back very soon!

What makes a romantic hotel? The location on a busy road? The unkempt grounds? The view from the window of an overgrown area, rotting wooden pallets and junk? The unengaged, extremely curt reception? The loveless breakfast buffet with hard, cold eggs, cheese and sausage at discount store level and sugary industrial jam? Our room was functional, simply furnished, clean, the minibar was empty. We cannot recommend either the hotel or the restaurant, as there are much more exciting alternatives for this price. Restaurant: Staff were very friendly (except for the restaurant manager, who was arrogant and not service-oriented). The food was OK, but unfortunately lukewarm and the cheapest dishes on the menu were served as part of our surprise menu, which we found unacceptable. The location was romantic, but unfortunately a bit 'shabby'. The room was OK, too, but far too sober and simply furnished for a 'romantic' hotel, all a real shame....

We had booked a night at Villa Sayn for a stopover on the way to Switzerland. The house was certainly quite good at one point, but it is now showing its age. The location on the street is not so great either, we didn't sleep well. But what made up for everything was the restaurant. Great atmosphere, a great team (especially the "Maitre & Sommelier") and great food as well as great local wines. Last but not least, you can tell how good a team really is by the way guests with fur are treated. A lovely evening!

A wonderful gem with super friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The hotel has been completely renovated and is up to date. The new bar is probably a week old. The kitchen is also highly recommended. I actually have nothing to complain about. Sayn is of course not Berlin-Mitte for going out...

Excellent hotel: we stayed in the Junior Suite room (with Sauna). Good breakfast and parking. High quality restaurant, a little expensive. Down jackets a little too heavy for the season. The independent air conditioning and the portable air sanitizer are excellent. Bathroom with floor level shower and bathtub / double sinks. The only flaw is the carpet. Logistically very good for visiting nearby Koblenz.
